When I was in my hometown last week, I bought a few Mattel figures. The packaging was too big to bring home, so I left it in a bag in my old room at my mother's house. I called there today and found she'd thrown it away. I'm pretty pissed off about it. I guess it doesn't really matter, but I think the Mattel carding is very cool with the character-specific stuff on the back so I kinda wanted to keep it. Ah well.
Do the rest of you loose Mattel collectors keep the carding at all?

Yes, it goes into a bag with others from that series and then into my closet. Running out of room but I left the bubble plastic on and may remove that down the road. I have always saved carding from and figures, wrestling or not, but dont really know why. Guess I just dont like throwing it out.

Yeah, i like to keep the back of the heritage, i cut out the bit at the top of the 2-packs were it gives a little bio on why they a packed together and have the elite boxes as a whole.
Im gunna run out of room where i can keep them soon i suspect lol.

For some of them I do. I cut along the base of the plastic with a blade and remove the bubble. I said in another thread that I wish we could get "clean" copies of carding.

No, but for the guys I really liked I picked up an extra to keep MOC. That's part of the reason I have 89 Mattel WWE figures so far. lol (Thank God for all those sales that TRU & KMart ran)

I would love to keep the carding, but I just don't have the room. I figure that since I like them loose to play, then it's all good.

The boxes linger around my room for a few days and they eventually get thrown away.

Mattel's carding are one of my favorite things about Mattel. I've only kept a few figures MOC (1 1/1000 John Cena and the Basic Series 1 6-Pack.) Usually, if I open a figure I'll just throw the packaging away.

I dont keep my carding. The only carding I ever kept was GI Joe for the file cards.

The carding is cool but it's not worth keeping. I just throw all mine in with the recyclables.

I'll have to cut out the elite stuff. I don't have room for the whole box, even folded flat.

I only collect Elites and so far, I've kept all 11 boxes. Doubt I'll toss these, either. It's nice to have them, in case I decide to display them MOC, instead of loose.

Yes I do. So far I only have Beth/Santino but maybe I will have to not keep it since I have limited space and still have a ton of Jakks stuff..
