Well from what ive seen either Mattel hasnt settled on Legends carding or they are gonna have Basic & Elite Legends. That card is completely diffrent from the Steamboat card we seen earlier.

The bubble is so big on that, I wonder if it's not some kind of hybrid Elite, Entrance Great, Legend, kick-ass greatest figure of all time kinda deal.

Totally glad I decided to hold out for an Elite style Mattel fig. Thank God he has kneepads on, and a bonus that they are the Orton style ones that allow the knees to bend well.
