So TRU is using the same SKN or SKU (store's Stock Keeping Number or Unit?) for all Mattel figures of the same line. Meaning all of Basic series, including WM heritage, will be filed under the same SKN number. Same goes for 2 packs, Elites and so on. This is different from what they had with JAKKS where every single series has a different SKN. JAKKS also does this with their Pokemon figures at TRU and some others. The possible bad news; if the stores are flooded with shelf warmers, TRU like many other retailers wont see the need to buy too much more from Mattel if it already has several figures under that number in stock that aren't selling. I've seen TRU miss out on some of the Star Wars figures because of this.
From my point of view, I don't see this being too much of a problem since the stuff seems to be flying off the shelves at my local TRUs but who knows. Its already apparent that TRU is last at getting the newer stuff (Elite and basic 2 still haven't popped up at my TRUs) and it doesn't have too much more than the dept stores have in comparison to when I went to TRU and found 100s of jakks figures and would only find 2 or 3 at my wal marts and targets.
BTW this can be proven by looking up the item numbers for the figures at tru.com

I wish they had different numbers, that way it would be easier to see what is coming in on the trucks. Cause as of now if they show up as coming in, iI dont know what series it is.
337033 Elite 337012 2pack 337062 2pack 337070 Basic

Yeah Argos in England has all Mattel WWE Figures (except Flexforce) listed under the same catalogue number. When Jakks were around they had seperate ones for Ruthless Aggression, Deluxe Aggression, Micro Aggression etc
