OK...is Owen Hart really a big name? I was a fan of his. I think he was a great human being from all accounts, but he was a mid-carder for most of his career. A lot of us collectors want Owen, but he is not what I would call a big name. Macho Man should be the top priority for Mattel. He is a true big name. Owen Hart was European champ/Tag Team champ/King of the ring winner... Abe Knuckleball got a classic figure in Jakks... I'm pretty sure Owen Hart deserves one more than Macho Man.. While, I'm not sure if Owen deserves one more than Savage, they may be on the same level for me atleast... I definitely think Owen is a big name. He was a main eventer for a portion of his career, KOTR winner, Intercontinental Champion, European Champion, and Tag Champion, as well as the man who broke Austin's neck... He was a big name in the WWF for nearly a decade, he's most definitely a big name in my book. The fact that he lost his life for the sport only adds to why he deserves a classic figure asap.

i wouldent count on a macho man figure vince mcmahon hates him While I do agree Vince probably doesn't like the guy too much. Why did we get a DVD then? DVDs undoubtedly require more effort from more people than an action figure does. Vince probably had to do quite a bit of work with that, whereas if Savage got a figure, the most he'll have to do it sign off on it.

As it was posted somewhere before, Macho probably got no money for the DVD since WWE owns all the footage. If there were to be a figure, Macho would get paid. Vince probably doesn't want Macho to get any money.

True, but you have to keep in mind that titles are no measure of a wrestler's legacy. Bobby Lashley, the Great Khali, and Sheamus have been world champions in the WWE. Roddy Piper, Ted DiBiase, Mr. Perfect, Jake Roberts, and Rick Rude never held that distinction. I was always a big fan of Owen, though. He was an exceptional performer in High Energy, and only improved from there. He became such a great cocky heel that you couldn't wait to see someone come along and shut him up. He may not have been a main eventer, but I have no doubts that he could have run with the ball if it was given to him.
