Well I was watching Superstars, and it appears that Bret/Vince is a confirmed match. I still don't feel it will happen but whatever. But anyways, I saw the WM card so far and it is obvious that Y2J will be winning at WM. Not that many faces can win at WM, I know it is a feel good ppv, but some heels have to win. I mean just look at the card so far:
Cena/Batista: Cena (face) wins
HHH/Sheamus: HHH (face) wins
HBK/Taker: A face wins no matter what
Bret/Vince (if it happens): Bret (face) wins
Now in all of those main events a face will be winning, do you honestly Edge has a chance. A heel has to win sometimes. Besides, out of all those faces, Edge is the least sympathetic so he would be the obvious choice for a face who loses at WM. I can see Jericho cheating by using Wade Barrett and winning. Does anyone agree? Please discuss and share opinions.

who says Cena wins? It is kind of stupid to have batista only hold the belt for 5 weeks especially being aligned with McMahon

I think Triple H will lose if he is taking time off after WM. I do think Cena wins, but I'm pretty sure Edge will win and lose to whomever wins MITB.

Sheamus is going to win his match. HHH wants his boy to get over, and in HHH's eyes what better way to try and get him over then giving him a big win at WM

Out of all the matches, this one along with Bret/Vince are most predictable. Cena does lose at WM. He has has done it before. Will he this year? Probably not. But its not impossible. As much as HHH might want to help Sheamus get over......he aint doing it at his expense. HHH wins if he has the say so. Dont forget you still have the heels going over in the tag title defense. And a possible heel winning MITB. Also whatever divas match could see the heel or heels win. I dont think the MITB winner will cash in at the end of WM to win the title. No one in that match deserves to have that WM moment, stealing it from Edge or stealing it from Cena. As far as what Extreme Rules, the PPV after WM, will look like......I expect WM lite. Edge/Jericho in a ladder match or TLC match. Cena/Batista in a cage. HHH/Sheamus in a Last Man Standing match or something to the effect, this is where Sheamus can get the win. |

Who says Cena is gonna win, it could go either way. I bet Triple H will put Sheamus over as well since he likes him so much. CM Punk could win too if he has a match with Rey.

I have a feeling HHH might put Sheamus over at 'Mania. If the rumors of him taking time off are true, I could see him putting over his friend.
I wouldn't be surprised if Batista wins as well. If HBK/ Undertaker is the main event, Cena might not walk out on top in his match.

Saying Jericho winning is 'all but confirmed' is such a joke.
Right now Cena/Batista could really go either way. But if Batista is to have any credibility in the new, better persona he's building himself, he will need to win at Wrestlemania.
Bret will obviously win, since Vince has a 0% win record at Wrestlemania.
I don't think Sheamus/HHH can be considered a 'big' match, as the crowd does not give a crap about Sheamus regardless of who he's fighting.
A lot of people would like to see Christian win MitB and turn heel by defeating Edge for the championship at Wrestlemania, which is impossible if Jericho retains. I think this scenario is improbable, but IMPOSSIBLE if Jericho retains.
And as far as HBK/Taker goes--whoever wins that match has to be considered an uber-heel. Do you really think fans will "feel good" about Undertaker retiring Shawn Michaels or Shawn Michaels breaking "the streak"? Hardly.
I actually believe that Edge vs. Jericho may be one of the most difficult to predict Smackdown main events in many years...

Jericho doesn't have to win for a heel to walk home with the World Heavyweight Championship.
I think (and hope) that Christian wins MITB and cashes in on Edge. It'll be a beautiful start to their feud that's bound to happen sometime. Not to mention. Christian is the one of the most deserving guys to win the belt, that's never won it before.

Now I'm not trying to be "different" here or anything, but this is Wrestlemania. I want to enjoy the biggest show of the year without "calling it". Can't we just watch and enjoy without over analyzing for once?
