I don't get it what Thomas Jefferson do? Apparently he was the first to mention the phrase "separation of church and state". I've been reading through a few articles about this story, and it's just downright appalling. They're calling it "correcting liberal bias", but what it actually is is a blatant revision of history, plain and simple. I feel bad for the children who may be growing up learning this newly passed "misinformation". I love American History, the good parts of it, and the bad parts, all of it is oh so fascinating, and all of it has impacted our world today, and I am greatly disappointed that some people mindlessly don't want children learning the pure unfiltered history of our country, all because some of it doesn't reflect their views or doesn't reflect well upon the country as a whole, but it is nonetheless the history of the land we call "home". -CMD

School should not be a place to force politics, conservative or liberal, on people. Certainly not while teaching them history at least. It jut makes me more upset every time I read about it. It truly is censorship and it disgusts me.
Ignorance is one of my big pet peeves, so to see it being forced on people just makes me want to shake them all.

The criminal in all of his is in the Governors mansion. Rick Perry has been a pathetic governor, but he keeps winning because he's the imcumbent and most people in Texas refuse to vote for someone without a big R by their name..Its sad because the democrat running seems like a genuinely good person who would do a good job.
Of course they waited until after the Texas primary election to announce this.
