Haha, not at all. Franklin himself has stated that he plans to come back in the summer. And, this just isn't a fight that Chuck can win.
This thing also says it's going to be Toney vs. Couture. Hahahaha. That's funny too.
Do you honestly think UFC would give away Liddell vs. Franklin and Toney vs. Couture for free on TV? With this short of notice? I think not.

Unless UFC dazzles me in some way and pulls out a pretty good card for the 4/17 show, in will be watching Hendo vs Sheilds.

Looks like Tito went back to AZ to be with his wife (meaning he left the show, TUF 11). Not sure what is going on right now.

At first I laughed when I read this, but it looks like there may be some truth to it with all the reports coming out. Its going to be neat to see what ends up happening here.
