This is an awesome fight that couldnt possibly be decided a winner until it is actually witnessed but I think Lesner would take the fight.

*In before the flame war that this could turn into*
Interesting fight for sure. Unbelievable Size vs. Unbelievable Skill. Lesnar is fn huge, fast for his size, has good power, and great wrestling. Fedor is a smaller heavyweight, hits like a truck, rips limbs off, and doesn't seem to have many, if any exploitable weaknesses.
I see the fight going like this: Start out standing, Fedor hits him hard a few times. Brock doesn't like it(if he's still conscious) so he mauls him into the fence and gets a take down. Then it gets interesting. Can he use his size and wrestling and size to kind of tie up/lay/pound on Fedor for 5 rounds? Or an Fedor get out and pull off a submission, most likely an arm bar, or get back to the feet? I think Fedor can.
Either way, I see Fedor's face getting battered again. Lesnar's face bleeding and battered. And it won't go to the decision.

Won't go to a decision, will be a bloody war, Lesnar has the best shot of anyone in the HW division to beat Fedor IMO.
In the end, Fedor is clearly a better striker on the feet. Brock's main striking proficiency is that he packs a lot of muscle behind his throws. Whatever hits, hurts. But I wouldn't call his striking technical. Fedor is the master of technical striking, and that includes both dodging and counter-punching. Unless Brock makes some serious changes to his stand-up, and I don't see him doing so because it's actually been damn effective for him, I see Fedor being roughed up a bit as SOME punches find their way home, but Fedor eats Brock alive on the feet with his laser-precise counter-punching.
On the ground is where this fight gets most interesting. Lesnar's immense size has allowed him to put people down and keep them down. But the thing about that is that Fedor is usually more than comfortable with keeping the fight on the ground and working off of his back. Brock's ground game is pretty simple: use his size to set up ground and pound. He's done that in virtually all of his fights, and while it's worked wonders for him, like his striking it's not the most technical gameplan. Fedor is even more of a technician on the ground than he is on the feet. Every second this thing goes to the ground, Fedor will be looking for the armbar. And I think he'll get it sooner or later.
So, my pick goes to Fedor regardless if it happens by (T)KO or submission. I think Fedor will be roughed up a bit, he may even lose a round, but ultimately he'll pull it off.
That's what I see happening, at least.

I don't think Fedor could knock Lesnar out, honestly. Lesnar wouldn't stay on his feet long enough for it to happen in my opinion. I think he'd have to win with a submission and I'm not sure if Lesnar would make that mistake again. Fedor is very good in those situations. So he very could well lock in a flash submission.
Lesnar is much stronger. So I think he would try to take the fight to the ground and possibly get a referee stoppage.
My pick: Lesnar but by a very small margin only because he has learned from his mistake in the first Mir fight.

Fedor. I love how people continue to doubt him after the countless times he's proven himself.

It's funny that Andrei Arlovski aren't "good matches," but apparently an incredibly undersized Randy Couture and Frank Mir are. ... Fedor is the favorite in any fight he could possibly be in. Like I said after Lesnar's FIRST fight (in which he lost) to Mir, I think he has the best chance of anyone of beating Fedor -- but the smart money would still be on Fedor.

Brock'size/ power & wrestling ability make this a great fight.
However who bets against Fedor anymore? I'd see him being taken down, taking a few punches before catching an armbar from the bottom for the tap.
Brock might have worked on his submission defence, but Fedor is a sambo master & would pull out the win.

they both have a good chance of victory, but if fedor can hold the reigns over lesnar, he'd win.

Brock Lesnar would win the fight. I just rewatched the Lesnar/Mir 2 and as long as Lesnar can get Fedor to the ground, Brock cannot lose while laying on you. Fedor would knock out Brock standing though.

Fedor Round 1 submission or knockout.
Lesnar does not have the greatest jaw guys. in 2 fights where he has been hit (Vs Couture and Vs Mir II) he was rocked, hes even admitted it.

But Fedor is one of the hardest punchers in all of MMA. All he needs is one punch.
