Man, I have been slaving away at Story Designer mode. I've updated it since I last went through it.
If you're bored and want to know what a few hours every now and then equal in that mode, then check it out. I spent..way to much time on it, just for it to get to 2 PPV's.
So, check it out. It's called The Build
I corrected what was wrong with it before, but I started to lose focus when the second PPV came up. I just need to keep thinking story progression.

I had to rename it. It's called 'To the Top" so if you have a decent amount of time to try it, then please give me feedback or I'll feel I wasted to many hours on nothing.

Dude, that's all Story Designer is: A complete waste of hours.

Dude, that's all Story Designer is: A complete waste of hours. That is very true. But it can be fun to share here and there, it's getting me to play the game at least. I just wish they'd give you more options, as many as they seem to give you, still seem very, very limited.

Dude, that's all Story Designer is: A complete waste of hours. Couldn't disagree with you more. Story Designer is the best thing to happen to this game, as far as I'm concerned. It's where I spend about 95% of my time when I'm playing it. I mean if you're only playing by yourself, then yeah, I guess it wouldn't really be too much fun--then again, after a while, what game is? But if you have someone else to play it with, it's the most fun I've had in one of these games in years. I think the problem most people have with it is that they just don't care enough to, or are just too lazy to, put the time necessary into it in order for it to be worth it. At least that's what I get based off the things I've read in the past.

I know how I'd want one to go, but it's too boring and long-winded. Even then, this has to be the most uninterested I've ever been in a SvR game. Universe Mode bored me, RTWM was pretty much the same as it's always been, Online has always sucked... I don't speak for everyone obviously but I've just not been a fan this year. Dude, that's all Story Designer is: A complete waste of hours. Not true. It won me a second PS3 last year. I don't really have an argument for this...

I've found an awesome Buff bagwell CAW, but its for PS3, I have a 360, so how different would the formula be The formulas are exactly the same, which is pretty cool since I'm on PS3 and most of the best CAWs are from 360 users. Of course, you'd have to do the paint tooling yourself. And yeah, I find story designer pretty awesome. I'm currently working on an Edge and Christian story leading up to Wrestlemania. It can be pretty arduous, typing everything out, but when you're done it's quite fulfilling.

Story Designer's interface is still too cumbersome and unintuitive. Making stories and making branches at that is too clunky and a total turn off. It's a great idea, but needs far more tweaking. When I want to preview something, I only need to see that particular piece, not the entire scene playing through again

How do I go about checking it out? This is a serious question as SD vs Raw '11 is the first since '07 or '08 that I have played and i am still getting used to it.

There should be a place where you can download superstars and such. But (I think) you press square (since it's on PS3) and you can search for the intended story. Or you can just search my username cat_bakerI know what you mean. It takes me a few hours to complete just one show. I'll know which way I want my story to go, but then finding the proper scene to relate to the certain character I'm going for, isn't always the easiest thing to do, and it's time consuming. Luckily on the second month of shows, I started to understand editing more, and it became much easier to move the camera around and cut a lot out each scene, making it simple and to the point. There's no way I would ever make branching storylines. That's just too much writing for me, pretty much to get to the same place twice.
