Has anyone tried using R3 heads on the Mattel bodies? I'm interested in making my own fixups with heads like Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Hulk Hogan, Jeff Hardy and Billy & Chuck. Any help would be very much appreciated... thanks!

I saw a godly Triple H custom that had the old R-3 head(repainted to match the mattel skin tone) i think JP made it. the heads seem to work really well with the scale.

Wow, that is very cool. Do they fit loose or anything? Like would I want to glue the head to the peg or do they snap in pretty tight?
That Triple H looks AWESOME btw!!

They fit perfectly on Mattel's stems. But many skintones are off. Here's my HHH after repainting the head about 10 times. This was the closest I could get the skintone after mixing colors. Fliar's head matches Cody's skintone perfectly.

Those heads look AWFUL on the Mattel bodies. The skin tones dont match and that Jeff head looks nothing like Jeff. To each their own I guess.

I've only used the Jeff R3 head on a FlexForce "Matt" (which I think was really meant to be a Jeff) body. It sits quite high on the neck for my liking, makes it look like he has a really long neck. But gawd6's one in this thread (I think it's on Elite HBK body?) looks great, as do most R3 head on Mattel body customs I've seen, so I think you'll be fine.
