I'm not being funny but last night's iMPACT! can only be described as weak. How they hoped to out do HBK's farewell speech with that travesty of a main event is beyond me.
I don't understand what's wrong with them. They have so much momentum and are just squashing themselves with these terrible shows.
What do you guys think?

I think this will get locked as we have an Official iMPACT Thread I haven't watched all of iMPACT yet, but I'm pretty sure there was nothing TNA could do to beat HBK's farewell.

I mean like, the tag match with Beer Money was just thrown together, the Knockouts Match was boring and I had to pause the video at first to see where Daffney was bleeding from, Nash can't move any of his limbs and Jeff Hardy is moving with nothing short of a lethargy nowadays.
And there was too much focus on talking and not nearly enough action this week AGAIN.
It just all adds up, and it's a shame because I've been such a fan of the new TNA.

I have to disagree as I felt Impact was very good this week.
We saw very solid matches in Williams/Kendrick vs Moore/Kaz, Jarrett vs Styles, Pope vs Wolfe and even the main event was very entertaining to me. The Knocouts match was great until the weak ending cause the blood looked very fake to me. Storylines were progressed and there was more action than there has been in a while...to me that is a good show. Just my opinion though.

Impact was amazing this week. For the first time since 1/4 I felt like they stopped worrying about WWE and just produced TNA. The action was there and the promos were solid. I felt like I didn't waste my time watching this week.
In order to find impact watchable, you must first realize that it's not WWE. People are comparing too much too soon.

I thought it was a great show. I am enjoying how the angles are progressing. WheelFlair is very funny. The only thing I didn't like about the main event was Eric Young. That backstage segment with Hogan and Lethal was great. I thought it was a far better show than Raw, aside from the big sendoff, which of course was great.

Only problem I had with iMPACT! was the OJ part, and I think it could have done without the mentioning of Pope's being 'happy' to see Chelsea. But that's TNA, and the poster on up is right. We gotta stop comparing TNA to WWE. TNA is wrestling, WWE is sports-entertainment.

Those companies are wrestling companies, because you see actual wrestling going on.

Having just looked at the ratings for last night I must say I feel bad for TNA. I'm such a huge fan and if the UK got it live on a Monday night I'd tune in and catch a RAW replay. Unfortunately we don't so I can't show my support that way.
I honestly think if they put it on live in the UK they'd boost the ratings big time. They're very popular over here.
It's like someone said over in the ratings thread, if they advertised the company correctly we'd be talking about iMPACT! very differently right now. I feel like this war is more of a squash match which really upsets me.

So amazing that it got a 0.6 in ratings.... Sorry but I watch both shows and I have to say TNA has no real stabilization. its not running on all gears.

plus they taped this on tuesday ... I've said before that TNA need to tape Impact on a Monday during the day as they can prepare better, also the results won't be given away a week before the show.
