Someone mentioned in another post about wrestlers not appearing their billed heights. so I put together this list of real heights of wrestlers. This is without boots so add an inch for their height in the ring.

Hmm... very interesting didnt know all of those. Interesting too see their actual heights some of the guys you dont think are big because of who they are with actually are.

Kane is nowhere near 6'8'' without boots on. My best friend is between 6'5'' and 6'6'' and when he stood beside Kane (who was in gear) Kane barely cleared him. Kane has the largest soles of any pair of boots Ive ever seen

Kane is nowhere near 6'8'' without boots on. My best friend is between 6'5'' and 6'6'' and when he stood beside Kane (who was in gear) Kane barely cleared him. Kane has the largest soles of any pair of boots Ive ever seen Kane is probably somewhere between 6'7" and 6'8" without wrestling boots. With them hes about 6'9". |

i dont get it, a few times in 2004-05 Orton was announced as being 6'5 6'5" is probably his height in wrestling boots. |

Im convinced that nobody really knows true wrestlers heights except themselves. The Rock was always listed at 6'5'' 265lbs in WWE but at Miami he was 6'3''. College teams already expand your size the way it was, so Rock was probably only 6'2''-6'2.5''

Im convinced that nobody really knows true wrestlers heights except themselves. The Rock was always listed at 6'5'' 265lbs in WWE but at Miami he was 6'3''. College teams already expand your size the way it was, so Rock was probably only 6'2''-6'2.5'' I think The Rocks real height is around 6'2.5"- 6'3"ish. |

Its like with Kane, Ive met him a handful of times, simply because he lives in a neighboring county so there is a lot of Kane appearances around here. When in full costume on (with mask) he stood beside my best friends and was a few inches taller. However when we met Kane at a gym he use to own here locally, he was in regular clothes and was almost eye to eye with my friend who at best is 6'6'' |

They walked right by me at WrestleMania 26 and I didn't see those heights at all. Big Show is not 7 feet. Taker is maybe 6'5 at the most. Rey is NOT 5'4. My girfriend is 5'5 and she towered over him. He's barely 5 feet. Matsters isn't even close to 6'3. I don't think he's even 6 feet. Both Shawn and Bret are way under 6 feet, 5'9 or 5'10 at the very most. Miz is short, not even close to 6 feet. I can't agree with any of those numbers. Being next to those guys at WrestleMania 26 was an eye-opener. I was really hoping that there were others members on this board that went to the event. A shot from a different side fo the entrace would likely show me in comparison to the wrestlers.  |

Undertaker is 6'8"ish this fan is 6'5" met wrestlers said Taker had 2-3 inches on him      |

That's where the issue is. You are assuming that he is 6'5. People embellish their height all the time, not just in sports. I worked with guys who would argue to death with me that they are 6'3, and they were shorter than I was. "I was measured in the military". "I was measured for my baseball team". I heard all of that. There is one image I can offer you in regards to taker:  The camera guys that were running back and forth are regular people. Most where under 6 feet, some where slightly over, about my height. Unless the WWE is hiring camera dudes that are all 6'5, how do you explain this image? And on this shot, the camera is at my eye level:  If I'm 6'2 and he's 6'8, my camera would not be at his ear level, it would be closer to his shoulder. |

 Shaq is 7'1" listed in NBA. he is 1 inch taller than the 7'0" Big Show, both men are wearing similar shoes.  7'0" Big Show with 7'1" Khali  Both 7'1" men  7'1" Khali with 5 inches over 6'8" undertaker  7'1" Shaq with 5-6 inches over 6'7.5" Kane Think that proves Undertaker and Kane are 6'7.5"- 6'8" |

I doubt even that list is 100 percent accurate. Truly the only way to know exactly is to measure them ourselves with the person standing up perfectly str8, and that's not gonna happen.
I've noticed throughout the years this.... most people overbill their height by an inch or two. I don't mean just WWE guys, I mean most people in everyday life. Also measuring height is not something that's always done accurately, you have to be standing up perfectly Str8. Many people give their height with shoes as well. Which is not necessarily a bad thing because even height weight charts allow 1 inch heels as said in the wording on many of them.
Anyone who says the NBA or NFL, college and other sports organizations don't often do or allow the same thing is wrong. I have a friend who has been a journalist and has interviewed many pro & college basketball players, he believes most of them are overbilled by an inch or two. Charles Barkley used to be on of the worst exaggerators.
The one main thing is this, if you are a 5'10" or shorter, you likely aren't going to be able to accurately tell the difference between a person 6'4" and 6'6" when they already tower that much over you anyway. Unless a truly 6'4" guy and a 6'6" guy are standing right next to each other, and neither is slouch at all.

Oh yes... NBA never lies! Like Charles Barkley's height. LOL Please! When I worked in retail I met Luis Gonzalez from the AZ Diamondbacks. The dude is listed at 6'2. I was noticably taller than he was.
I don't trust any "official" stat for height. It's fluffed, usually at least a couple of inches. Big Show is a beast, but he's not a 7 footer.

In ring pics are terrible to use honestly. The soles of boots can be made to many different sizes. Really the only accurate way to tell is if you measure them yourself.
