WWE SmackDown April 30th, 2010 Hershey, PA in Giant Center
Dark Match: The Hawk (Curt Hawkins) defeated. Finlay
-We see a video hyping WWE Extreme Rules' where Punk defeated. Mysterio in the Ladder Match as well as saving his hair, McIntyre retaining the Intercontinental Championship after the help of his new Alliance member, William Regal, and Edge beating Chris Jericho to win the WHC in a brutal Extreme Rules Match.
-Matt Striker and Todd Grisham welcome us to Friday Night SmackDown. They tell us that tonight, we have an amazing show for you. Tonight, The Brothers of Destruction reunite for one night only as they face Drew McIntyre and William Regal. We also have a message from John Cena, as well as Chris Jericho, and new World Heavyweight Champion Edge takes on The Miz.
-Chris Jericho comes out to the ring in a very expensive looking black suit. Jericho collects a microphone before confronting the WWE Universe. Jericho begins on to say that last Sunday at Extreme Rules, Edge proved once again that flukes can happen at anytime. Jericho says that the best in the world don't allow these fluky victories. Which is why he is going to prove just why he is the greatest. Jericho calls out Teddy Long. Instead, he gets Edge. Edge comes out to say that he's glad to be the top dog around here on SmackDown once more. And he plans on being so for a long time. Even if that means going through the "#1 Hypocrite in America, Chris Jericho" Jericho tells him that he's just a gelatinous tapeworm who gets a few lucky victories in his life. Edge says that he's going to be a fighting champion and he'll prove right now that it wasn't a fluke. Edge and Jericho step further and then, SmackDown GM, Teddy Long comes out. Teddy Long comes out. He says that if they wanna settle this, they can settle this at Over The Limit. Because at Over The Limit, we are going to see Chris Jericho vs. Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship. Both men nod in approval as we head to break.
-------------------- Commercial Break --------------------
-A promo hypes WWE's upcoming PPV, Over The Limit which takes place on May 23rd, 2009.
-Ted DiBiase defeated. John Morrison 12:58 The first match turned out to be an absolute classic. These two clashed on WWE Superstars in a match that Morrison won. Morrison was on his game early. Morrison hit some kicks and punches to the ropes before whipping DiBiase off and Morrison hits an elbow. Morrison runs over DiBiase and DiBiase hits a huge clothesline turning Morrison inside out in a flip. DiBiase uses the typical heel style to wear Morrison out before Morrison comes back to battle back before hitting a huge STO Backbreaker. Morrison then goes to hit Starship Pain but DiBiase rolls up and knees Morrison in the back before hitting a huge Dream Street off the top rope for the win.
-Ted DiBiase celebrates the big win he just picked up over JoMo. DiBiase leaves up the ramp on his first SmackDown win and appearance.
-------------------- Commercial Break --------------------
-We come back to see a WWE.com promotion. It shows all the draft changes. And how they will come into full effect.
-MVP and JTG defeated. Jimmy Wang Yang and Slam Master J -5:09 The new team of M.V.P and JTG alligned tonight and they did perfectly tonight with each other's combination styles. M.V.P comes in and gets on a big roll here before Yang and J we guess the new heel tag team comes in and picks apart JTG. M.V.P comes back throwing Yang into J and then hitting a big Playmaker on Jimmy Wang Yang; thus giving him the win.
-M.V.P celebrates before grabing a microphone. M.V.P says that when he was on SmackDown, it was the good ol' days. Now things have changed but he has plans on changing that all tonight. He's bring back the face of SmackDown. And he starts it on his path to gold.
-Coming up next, we will see quite frankly SmackDown's biggest pick, John Cena.
-------------------- Commercial Break --------------------
-A promo shows what happened at Extreme Rules.
-John Cena comes out to his old "Basic Thuganomics" song. He has brass knucks, blue cut shorts, pump sneakers, and he has a microphone. John Cena hits a return rap. A very good one at that to a good crowd reaction. Cena says that he can't believe that he thought the faith of all these jokes would lead him to victory. But obviously, these fans are just tools. It seems we have a new heel Cena. Cena goes on to say that he's moving on and now has lost all respect for everyone. The only thing he is focused on now, is the World Heavyweight Championship. Cena says that he knows he's going to have some competition. And he's in the perfect mood to put somebody out right now. So he's giving an open challenge to anyone to has the "guts" to come out here and "lose" to the "Dr. of Thugamonics" John Cena. Cena gets some boos as he throws out his throwback jersey.
-John Cena defeated. Kofi Kingston 11:10 To be honest, we've seen the internet fans beg for the Word Life John Cena. And he's better than expected. He's once again a heel as WWE takes their first step back into PG-14 as said on WWE.com. Cena and Kingston lock up before Cena kicks Kingston in the gut and then gets some punches before whipping Kofi off the ropes. Kofi ducks a clothesline and then jumps high in the air but Cena catches him for a hard spinebuster. Cena gets in some headlocks and sleepers. Kofi manages to slide under the 2nd rope to cause a hotshot. Kofi Kingston comes back to hit a slingshot splash before hitting the control frenzy of moves. Kofi then goes to the top to hit a crossbody. Cena catches him and drops him with an F-U for the win.
-John Cena looks on angry despite picking up a huge win. Cena has his old chain as well. He yells "Word Life" before doing the sign and then leaving behind the curtain.
-Todd Grisham and Matt Striker announce that they are in shock with the new John Cena. Dissing his fans like this, and now he's a villain once more. Striker actually seems to like this new Cena. He's like he was in 2003. Grisham shows us how this all started.
-A promo shows that Cena gave Batista an Attitude Adjustment through the ring at Extreme Rules in the Steel Cage match thus giving Batista the win.
-------------------- Commercial Break --------------------
-We see a video of happened earlier tonight with Edge and Jericho's confrontation. We see the match preview and it hypes Edge v. Jericho at Over The Limit. Right now, we are getting ready to see Edge take on The Miz!
-World Heavyweight Champion Edge defeated. The Miz w/Chris Jericho 9:14 Good match here. Very enjoyable. The Miz looked confident early on and that's how he wrestled......early on. The Miz whips Edge off the ropes but Edge gets him with a surprise duck and then a reverse DDT. Edge then comes to lock in a chinlock. The Miz uses some of his strength to elbow out and then throws Edge into the ringpost. The Miz works over Edge. The Miz climbs to the top rope but in mid-air but Edge hits a big boot in mid-air. Edge stalks The Miz for a huge Spear but The Miz sidesteps it and goes for a Skull Crushing Finale. Chris Jericho gets on the apron and yells "see how he's dominating Edge!" Edge quickly throws The Miz into Jericho before hitting the Edgecution for the 1.2.3!
-Edge celebrates his win and holds up the World Heavyweight Championship on the ramp as Jericho and The Miz are in the ring in pain.
-------------------- Commercial Break --------------------
-We come back to see "Straight Edge" CM Punk. Punk comes to the ring with Gallows and Serena. Punk says that he proved to the world that he would indeed beat Rey Mysterio. And he did. He proved that Rey Mysterio's 35 years of living have all been lies. Mysterio comes out. Mysterio says that he takes pride in being able to big up his own wins without his "shocking" assistants. Mysterio says that he's learned. If it's not Gallows and Serena, it's someone that returned. Punk acts as if he doesn't know what Mysterio is talking about. Mysterio calls out Joey Mercury. He doesn't get anything but a club to the back. Mysterio comes back and gets jumped by Gallows. Out comes R-Truth. Truth fights off Gallows before tossing him to the outside. Mysterio hits the 619 on Punk before they retreat up the ramp. Punk is fuming! Truth and Mysterio celebrate up the ramp as we head to a backstage segment.
-Coming up next, we will see Lay-Cool and Jack Swagger take on Gail Kim, Beth Phoenix, and Christian in a mixed six man tag match!
-------------------- Commercial Break --------------------
-A promo hypes this week on Monday Night RAW. It shows the draft and how it'll all unfold on RAW.
-Christian, Tyson Kidd, David Hart Smith, Beth Phoenix, and Gail Kim defeated. Lay-Cool, The Dudebusters and Jack Swagger 4:29 Short but good match here on Friday Night SmackDown. Christian and Swagger were going at it much like they did in 2009 over that year. Swagger tagged in McCool as Christian tagged in SmackDown's newest diva Gail Kim. The match rolled on and it eventually ended as Kidd hit a springboard dropkick on Barretta for the win.
-Hart Dynasty, Christian, Beth Phoenix, and Gail Kim celebrate a huge win. They leave up the ramp happily as we head backstage.
-CM Punk is backstage with the camera on him. He repeats, "you wanna get in my business Mysterio, huh, what about you Truth!" CM Punk then goes to say that if they wanna get in his business, then fine. But he's going to get the last laugh and that is a Straight Edge promise.
-Coming up next, we have our main event. And the Brothers of Destruction return!
-The Brothers of Destruction defeated. Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre and William Regal 12:09 This turned out to be a great main event as Kane and Undertaker returned for one night here. Kane hit lots of uppercut thrusts to Regal in the early goings before whipping him off the ropes to hit a big boot following a sidewalk slam. Kane then goes to tag in Taker who is in the corner. Taker catches fire with some punches as well as a big spinning side slam. Taker takes in Kane but Regal trips Kane up and then locks in a side headlock. Regal tags in McIntyre and they isolate Kane. Near the eleven minute mark, things get interesting. McIntyre jumps off the turnbuckle but is caught with a huge boot. Kane collapses back to tag in Taker as Regal takes in Taker. Taker hits the flying, jumping clothesline, then the big boot following a huge chokeslam. McIntyre comes in and clubs Taker to the ground. Kane comes in and clotheslines McIntyre over the ropes before going out to take care of him. Regal hits a scoop exploder on Taker. Regal stalks Taker for the huge Knee Trembler but Taker grabs Regal by the throat and hits a huge Chokeslam for the huge win!
-The Undertaker celebrates his win with his brother Kane. Regal and McIntyre look feared. The show ends with Taker on one knee and Kane standing behind him. They walk up the ramp and raise both their hands up to end SmackDown.

-SD! -Thanks for the reply to SD! -More copyright infringement -Jericho/Edge at OTL shouldn't be bad, but end it there plz. -Love the YT videos tbh -Fine for TD to win in an excellent match, but I doubt that him, morrison, Regal, and Drew would work Superstars and SD! They must be tired for two matches in one night. -Great for MVP/JTG to win. MVP on his path to god is good -Epic. -Nice contest between Miz/Edge, glad Edge won. -Fine promo with the SES, Rey, and Truth -Alright match, felt like you crammed too many matches here. Like this match could have been on Superstars instead of JM/Ted -Great to see BOD win, and more backstage segments -Good job, Cena. Just a few things that could be done to make it a tad bit better.

CM Punk says that he cannot believe that Mysterio had the guts to come out and say that Punk needed help every time their was an altercation between the two when he had to have help from R-Truth this week on SmackDown. These addicts like Mysterio and all of his drugged up fans don't know what their talking about and that all those pills and prescription medication are giving them short-term memory. I like Cena being back to is heel persona. Kane as the number one contender is fresh, though I didnt like him then losing on Superstars, even if Batista interfered. He needs to built as an unstoppable machine. OTL card already looks good. Undertaker to answer Cena's challenge?
