I kinda want one. Only thing is you can't run multi apps at once like you can with the iPhone or iPod touch.
Anyone else wants one

Nah, look how fast they are moving with technology. I have a computer, and a Razr phone. I will stick with these until they come out with something that I seriously think we have just been blow away with, They have Ipods, I pod touch, I phones, Ipads, etc.. They are just growing more and more faster and faster with technology. Who knows what they will have 10-15 years from now.

Not really unless in the next few generations they get a lot better. Some of the things people creating apps for it make it seem really interesting like the Popular Science magazine application looks really amazing but other than those few apps I couldn't care less about it.

Honestly, it looks like nothing more than just another gadget. I got an iPod touch the other day purely on impulse. I love it. The iPad looks like nothing more than a larger version of that. I don't know that you can do any actual work on it with just a virtual keyboard. I'd pick up an iPhone before I got an iPad easily.

I tried one out yesterday at my local mac-mall. It was pretty cool experience. It's not something useful but it's definitely is something I would buy if I had extra money lying around.

The iPad looks cool, but I think a laptop is way better... If I got an iPad, it wouldn't be the 16 GB, so again, it would be better to get a laptop. iPad looks cool, but I think it is almost the same as having an iPod touch, so I would prefer having an iPod than an iPad, but that is just me.

People look at you weird if you walk around with an iPad hanging out of your shirt pocket.

Even if we weren't talking about a huge piece of crap, I would never buy a huge, unnecessary piece of poop made by Apple. You know they intentionally left things off of it just to have some bulletpoint features for the second generation iPad which will release within a year.

Yes I defiently want one so I can browse the internet while downstairs cos my computer is upstairs. However they are not worth the price, I would only buy one if I was rich.

I have a 5 year old Ipod that still alive and kicking, a tv, a cell phone, and a computer. I don't need something that does all of those things at once.
Jesus, people are lazy these days.

Probably why the iPod touch still doesn't have a camera.

No interest at all. I have an iPod Touch and hardly use it as it is. Internet only works at Wi-Fi hotspots, making it a large iPod the rest of the time.
The people that are going to drop hundreds on the 3G versions likely already have high-tech phones that have 3G service as well.
Useless technology as far as I'm concerned, but to each his own.

I have an iPod touch that i got for my birthday. the only apps i use are things for music (like tuners and chord charts and ear trainers etc.) the rest i hold music. i am seriously thinking of selling it for one of those huge 120GB ones. its cheaper.
