Thats my main issue with RSC...They base pricing off popularity...a stock item should be priced the same as the same stock item...my point: elite truth should be same price as elite santino Well, they are a store that's trying to make money, as much as they can. They sell popular figures for more and the unpopular for less. I bet they'll be stuck with a bunch of Elite 2 Teds they have to sell for cheap. I understand how you feel, I almost never buy from RSC because of their prices, but they have a right to run their store the way they want. If their prices are too high, a little scalpery here and there, and create negative sentiment from people like us, well, that's the bed they made and they have to lie in it. I wish they had better deals on the newer stuff, but it seems to be working for them okay. I did see an R-Truth on the shelves the other day, retail price, so please nobody buy this fig at this price. But if scalpers read this thread, they will rush out and buy every R-Truth figure they can find. That's what those turds did with PPV 20 Jeff Hardy. I still don't have him yet, and I ain't gonna pay $25 for it, either. cheers!

Let me try to explain this from our point of view.
On January 1st we put R-Truth up for pre-order at $15.99. Using your WFIGS discount code, you could have purchased him for $14.40. This is less than retail stores charge.
Since that date, we have sold HUNDREDS of R-Truth figures for $14.40 - 15.99. It is very unfair for you to say we are charging high prices on this item since MOST people who have purchased this item from us paid $14.40 - 15.99.
Unfortunately we are now in a situation where ebay scalpers and other websites were attempting to buy out our entire quantity of R-Truths. I just looked on eBay and a LOOSE R-Truth sold for $25!
By keeping the price at $15.99, we would be supporting scalpers since they would simply buy them all up and put them on eBay for $30-40. We are forced by the market to adjust our prices in order to keep hot items available and in stock.
In addition, when a figure becomes very hot like this one, it helps compensate for less popular figures that we may have to blow out at a later date.
If you would like your figures delivered to your door from us for the cheapest possible price, I suggest Pre-Ordering with the WFIGS discount code!

So in short, you guys at Ringside are the victims Now, if I could only get my order from you guys that was shipped out on the 2nd of this month. On Items I preordered BTW: How is it fair for you guys to raise the prices and turn a profit, but not some one on Ebay? We are all suffering through this harsh economic time. We as a people should all support each other. If I go to TRU and get R-truth for 15.00 and sell if on ebay for 25.00 and make an 7 to 8 dollar profit ( 10 - about 2 or 3 for shipping) how am I wrong. If some one is willing to but if for that much and I sell it to him, more power to us. Seems like YOU want to be the only ones able to turn a profit not any one else. But hell, business is business. I would do it to I guess.

We are not the victims but we are in a position where we either have to raise the price or the ebay scalpers/scalping websites will buy out our entire quantity the second they realize they can make $1 over our price.
Regarding your order, feel free to e-mail us at: cs@ringsidecollectibles.net, call us at 1-866-993-3448, or use the Live Chat on our website to inquire about the status of your order.
I do not understand your point and you are completely off topic. I never said anything about your right to scalp something you bought at TRU on eBay. I simply responded to people unhappy with our R-Truth price and tried to explain the market forces behind it.
The fact of the matter is the majority of our R-Truths have sold for $14.40 - 15.99 and we have sold HUNDREDS at that price since January 1st. If someone would like figures from us for the cheapest possible price, I would suggest pre-ordering them.
