KWC Live #11 – Wednesday 30th June 2010Ace Bennett’s music hits to open the show. Bennett reminds us that this past Sunday at Escape at all Costs, he, as well as Angel Reid, was defeated by Kevin Hart as Kev successfully retained his championship. Ace says that he applauds Hart on his victory and his third successful defence. However, Ace goes back to the match and says that at the end of it all he had nothing to do with Hart retaining the title, hell if he was even in the ring at that point it would’ve been a different matter. Ace issues a challenge to Hart for the championship. Angel Reid quickly ends this proposal though, quickly storming down to the ring. He tells Ace that just because he wasn’t pinned doesn’t mean he get’s another opportunity. The fact that Ace wasn’t involved with the end of the match should be the reason he doesn’t get another shot. Angel exclaims that he was MUCH close than Ace to winning the championship so he is the rightful contender. KWC Owner, Nick Aldis has heard enough and walks out to the top of the ramp. Aldis says that both men have had two shots at the gold in the past two months, so neither of them really deserves it as far as he’s concerned. Aldis says right now it’s going to be Ace Bennett vs. Angel Reid one on one. The loser won’t have another shot as long as Hart is champion, the winner will become number on contender. Number One Contendership Match Ace Bennett vs. Angel Reid ends in a double countoutA pretty main event like match to open up KWC Live tonight, with the KWC Title contendership on the line. Both men were pretty even as they were both still slightly hurting for the triple threat at Escape at all Costs. About ten minutes into the match Angel set up Ace for a superplex but after tugging on the ropes Ace cause Angel to fall onto the turnbuckle to turnbuckle pole connecter. Bennett set-up for the Syracuse Drop only for Reid to counter sending them both tumbling hard to the outside, the referee proceeded to count them out. The match was deemed a double countout leaving everyone in attendance confused at the outcome. Before too long Nick Aldis made his way back out, however and made sense of the situation, announcing that since both men lost, neither of them will be facing Kevin Hart at the next Big Event, Unidentified. Instead, the rest of the roster will compete for the contendership, tonight in a battle royal! The crowd pop, but both Ace and Angel are furious. Tag Team Match KWC Tag Team Champions, Joseph Steel and David Justice def. X Jack and X MattA pretty entertaining match, for the second time this night. This was a rematch from the Tag Team Title match at Escape at all Costs. It was shorter, but still enjoyable and the finish once again saw Matt falling victim to a Fistful of Steel and Justice for All for another Steel Justice victory. X Jack put his head in his hands as Steel Justice celebrated up the ramp. Jack walked over and helped Matt up, raising it in the air. You would’ve thought Jack was forgiving his brother, but alas, he was not, Jack quickly spun round and nailed Matt with a sick clothesline before leaving to heat from the crowd. Singles Match KWC Assault Championship Cody Rejero def. AJ Mathews to retain the KWC Assault Championship.Cody’s first title defence came against the man who almost won the title himself if it wasn’t for some sneaky tactics on the part of Rejero. AJ seemed to be holding back some energy for the upcoming contenders battle royal which Rejero capitalized on and planted AJ with a Canadian Driver after dropping away from the Eastern Execution. Intermission.Six-Man Tag Team Match Cyrus Black, Bull Bradley and Eddy Valintino def. Dragon Mask, Chris Jackal and Tommy StardustAn interesting tag team match to say the least, all six of these men are looking for a breakthrough into the main event but none of them seem like they’re ‘there’ yet. The only person who didn’t get ‘legal’ ring time was Cyrus Black, but much like AJ earlier, it seemed as if he was saving energy for the contenders match later tonight. The finish to this match saw Bull Bradley plough through Stardust with a Spear to pick up the victory. Bull Bradley shouted ‘gettin’ back on track baby’ as he walked away with his tag partners. Dragon checked up on Stardust as the ring is cleared for the next match. Singles Match Kurt Franco def. High VoltageKurt picked up his third win here tonight against the very ‘lost amongst the midcard’ High Voltage. After some strong throws, Franco finally sealed the deal with the ‘Stopgap’. Before the main event, the KWC announcer advertises KWC: UNIDENTIFIED, which will take place on the 1st of August. The winner of this next match will face Kevin Hart and the event for the World Championship. Battle Royal; 21 Man AJ Mathews def. Zeke, Matt, Il Dio, Bull Bradley, Chris Jackel, Eddy Valintino, Dragon Mask, Cody Rejero, Cyrus Black, Ricky Smith, Sean Connor, David Justice, Joseph Steel, X Jack, X Matt, Kurt Franco, Diamond Dallas Minimum Wage, High Voltage, Johnny Arsenic and Tommy Stardust to earn a KWC Championship Match. An awesome, action packed, exhilarating battle royal featuring twenty one KWC wrestlers all vying for a shot at the Championship held by Kevin Hart, whom was at ringside. Newcomer Johnny Arsenic was involved in this match and made the first elimination as he threw Sean Connor over the top rope. Diamond Dallas Minimum Wage and High Voltage were eliminated thanks to a double clothesline from Bull Bradley. X Matt took out X Jack as well as himself and the brothers brawled on the outside, before being split by security. Il Dio followed along with Kurt Franco and shockingly Cody Rejero as Zeke eliminated him. Ricky Smith toppled over after a Hurricanrana from Dragon Mask who was next out courtesy of Johnny Arsenic who had surprisingly lasted a long time. However, the dream came to an end as Steel Justice made sure Arsenic left the match. Down to ten and it was getting intense. Zeke and Matt battled until Zeke eliminated him rival with a Superkick only for Eddy Valintino to eliminate Zeke with a Superkick of his own. Stardust left the match thanks to Bull Bradley, Chris Jackal left similarly. AJ, Bull Bradley, Valintino, Cyrus Black and Steel Justice remained as AJ was up against five tough heels. Steel Justice teamed with Black to rid of Bradley only for Joseph Steel to throw both Black and David Justice, his partner over, who laughed and understood. Eddy, AJ and Joseph fought long until a missed Superkick took out Valintino leaving AJ to eliminate the tag team champion, Joseph Steel and win the match. AJ pointed at Kevin Hart and motioned that he was to become champion at Unidentified, Hart smirked as the show finished. Note: Sorry for the crappy write-ups guys, will be better as I get back into this.

Not sure about having a repeat of the tag team title PPV bout. Happy to see Steel Justice retain and hope they have a good reign. Felt you could have kept the X brothers together for longer since you have very little tag teams at the moment. Not sure about AJ winning after losing to Cody earlier on. I realises that you mentioned that AJ kept back some energy but still I would have replaced him in the earlier match. Good to see your going with someone diffeent for the title. Good luck and keep this up.

Glad to see this back. Sucks to see Ace out of title contention, but hopefully he will return to that position very soon. I don't really like Matthews winning the battle royal at the end just after losing a match for the midcard title, makes him seem less credible going into the match with Hart. Good luck with keeping to this though.

This is just an idea, but remember that one time where a bunch of people opened up Twitter accounts for PTW? I think it could be cool if we try it again. I mean, you guys don't have too, but it was a lot of fun back then. Plus, I really want to use the Jack Pack again.

Loving that Opportunity Knocks is back, Kennedy losing makes sense as he has the blandest character out the remaning few, although him going over the man who was previously on top spot was a shocking move, I hope neither Faraj or Travis go out yet as I prefer thier characters to Trance and Danylson but at least you are developing your own characters, can't see Kineval winning because you've made him so strong and the obvious win but I guess he'll get a roster spot in the end, Good luck and keep this up.

Very nice Opportunity Knocks, glad to see it sticking around. Really awesome to see Travis live to fight another day, hope to see him in the finale, but can't see him winning now if I'm being honest. Although I really like the characters of Kineval and Faraj also, so I wouldn't mind.

KWC Live #12 - Wednesday July 7th 2010
AJ Mathews makes his way down to the ring to open the show following his battle royal win last week, which secured his spot as number one contender to the KWC Championship. Mathews climbs through the ropes and is handed a microphone. He reminds us of his victory last week before quickly getting onto the subject of his match with Kevin Hart at Unidentified. AJ proclaims that he respects Hart as a wrestler and competitor and he’ll show that tonight when he teams with him against Ace Bennett and Angel Reid in the main event, AJ tells the crowd that Kevin is one of his best friends on the roster, they’ve gone out to bars after shows and attended football games but this is an opportunity he hasn’t had before, the opportunity to become the face of the company and he doesn’t care if Hart is his best friend or his worst enemy, he’ll do anything to win that World Championship and prove that he’s not just another guy on the roster.
Zeke def. Cyrus Black A Great opening match here, the crowd are really getting into Zeke as a face and Cyrus as a heel and part of a heel faction. Cyrus almost put Zeke away after a sneaky low blow but Zeke rolled out of the ring and away from defeat and in the end, a Zeke Driver finished the match.
Immediately following the match, Black’s fellow faction member, Cody Rejero, the KWC Assault Champion, rushed down to the ring. Rejero proceeded to beat on Zeke with help from Black after Zeke humiliated him in front of the live crowd. All of a sudden, Matt’s music hit and everyone feared the worst for Zeke as his rival wandered down to the ring. Matt slid into the ring as Rejero and Black backed off the body of Zeke, allowing Matt to do as he pleased. Matt told Rejero and Black to hold Zeke up. They did so, clearly intimidated by Matt. Matt leant back to punch Zeke but instead nailed Black then hit Rejero with a Double Underhook Powerbomb. Matt left, leaving everybody shocked at his sudden change of heart.
Ricky Smith def. Sean Connor A strong battle here between two men who’ve really gotten lost in the mix of the KWC Roster, neither seem like stepping up to championship level however which is probably the reason behind it. In the end Smith pinned Connor following a Backdrop Driver
AJ is shown backstage on the big screen, he’s taping his wrists for the main event later on tonight. Kevin Hart walks through the door and AJ stands up to talk to him. AJ says that what he said earlier, he meant it, Hart says he wouldn’t expect any less. The two have a staredown to end the segment.
Chris Jackal and Dragon Mask def. Eddy Valintino and Bull Bradley Your typical tag team match to take us to the break. All four of these men are currently gunning for the KWC Assault Championship and they were all trying to prove their worth in this one tonight. The outcome of this bout came down to whichever team worked better together and in the end Eddy Valintino’s cockiness took over and after blind tagging himself in he was swiftly taken down and nailed with a Shooting Star Press from Jackal to end the bout.
Jackal didn’t have time to celebrate as Bradley speared him straight down to the canvas. Bradley was quickly taken down by Dragon Mask however as the Masked wrestler connected with a springboard crossbody. Eddy Valintino managed to get to his feet with the ropes and hammer Mask with a Superkick and stand tall at the end of it all.
Intermission.
X Jack made his way down to the ring and grabs a microphone as the heat rains in on him. Jack says that X Jack is no more, he’s a new man, Jack Joseph and he has no relation to X Matt what-so-ever. He’s above the childish name and his weak brother, he’ll prove that tonight.
Tommy Stardust def. Jack Joseph The newly named ‘Jack Joseph’ had something to prove after changing his ways and completely abandoning his brother. Joseph started out strong and aggressively, too aggressive for Stardust to handle, it seemed. Joseph was on a roll and climbed to the top rope for the flying saint. However, as he reached the top rope, X Matt’s music hit and Joseph turned to stare at the entrance ramp. This allowed Stardust to yank the rope causing Joseph to fall hard on his back and soon after, for Stardust to pick up the victory.
Jack Joseph was furious after the match, as expected, kicking the ropes and turnbuckles furiously. X Matt makes his way out from the entrance to the top of the ramp, smirking before raising Tommy Stardust’s arm high.
Kurt Franco def. Il Dio Franco’s toughest challenge yet came in the former of the Italian ‘God’, Il Dio. Dio took the fight to Franco with a Power based move set and was able to slam the Submission Based wrestler. In the end, when it came down to it, though, Franco disposed of Il Dio and prevailed.
Steel Justice are shown via satellite in what looks like a hotel room, they say that just because they aren’t in action this week doesn’t mean they don’t matter, they just don’t have any competition, so they’re officially announcing that the next season of Opportunity Knocks will be a tag team edition! David Justice says that right now, they’re on vacation but they’ll be back in two weeks in time for the premiere of Opportunity Knocks season two.
Kevin Hart and AJ Mathews def. Ace Bennett and Angel Reid An eventful main event with a shocking outcome. Hart and AJ worked cohesively throughout the matches early stages as Reid and Bennett frequently bickered. The finish in this match witnessed AJ take down Angel Reid with a strong forearm and then connect with a leg drop. AJ tagged in Hart as Kevin leaped into action against his former rival, Angel Reid and before long he was setting up for the Sharpshooter. Kev spun Angel into the hold and before too long, Reid tapped.
After the match, AJ and Ace got into the ring as Bennett threw Reid to the outside. AJ shook hands with Hart but quickly pulled him closer before suddenly dropping him with the execution. AJ shouted ‘don’t get too confident’ as he left. The show drew to a close.

All looking good as allways Jacky boi, all good booking leadng feuds to the next big event. Suprised at Ricky going over I added him in so he can have people put over him. Not much a fan of the tag oppitunity knocks because you should just be making your own tag teams and with the elimanated people of the last OP you should have plenty to build up. Good luck and keep this up.

I may've lost, but some exciting post-match stuff. Matt's dominant in this one so it's good to be on his side. Looking forward to how you work this faction. Great job.
