June's Custom's Midnight Express, Pedro Morales P5

Hey guys.

I always thought it was a shame that Hansen was not given a Classic Superstars fig, so I decided to make one myself since I doubt he would be included in the NWA line (if it ever comes out).

I used several different figures to make Hansen:

Heidenrieh head
Eugene body
Evan Bourne's lower legs (for the top portion of his kick-pad)
JBL's cowboy boot bottom's from a suited figure.

I sculpted and painted a mustache, and his hair. I also painted his tights, boots, and lower legs.

Accessory wise I cut strips of suade to make tassle's on his vest, then I used a long strip touse as his temporary bull wip.

This is my 2nd custom figure, and I have several more to come. Comments, Compliments, and Criticism are welcomed.

Don't know if this Ernie Ladd counts as a custom, but I did add new boots, and gave the legs a custom skin-tone. (Thanks Ben).

Gorilla the way he should have been made (at least IMO).



It sucks that Jakks never made Magnum, so I did my own. I know a bunch of folks made their own Magnum as well, but I wanted to do one that is a bit unique. I still need to add a varnish, and I'm not sure if I'm going to leave on the painted chest hair, or just put some doll hair on him.
