Theres no real evidence that he hit her or anything i mean she doesnt have a black eye , bruises , scratches etc.
So i dont believe he did it

Plus realize it's Jenna Jameson. 90,000 other dudes dream wife at one point. And the fact she's a former porn star. I'd say theirs another side to this story that we don't know yet. I assume Jenna was probably cheating an he got pissed. But that's just my first thought.

I believe Tito probably grabbed her while she was high (that is why she has changed her story 10 times already) and she blew it up like he was hurting her. And called her dad. Dad called cops. Cops show up to a tweeked out looking Jenna who says Tito hurt her. Tito goes to jail.
You don't go to jail for pushing someone. And in the begining Jenna said he hit her and she had black eyes (probably just tweeked out looking eyes) now she says he pushed her?
Tito's done some dumb shit. But his character itself is good and he has a good heart.

That story makes me feel alot better about this. I don't know Tito outside of his dickhead persona on TV and otherwise great coaching, so I didn't know weather he'd hit a woman or not. I'm glad to see that seemingly nothing happened.
I'm thinking that once Jenna came down from whatever she was up on, she realized that she'd put the father of her children behind bars for no reason whatsoever.

that kind of drug use would make your body frail and she never exactly had muscle on her, i could easily see tito accidentally harming her in a frenzy.

Both parties have dropped their alligations regarding the other, and the charges against Tito have been dropped. Seriously, this type of stuff happens to millions of couples every year, and the only reason it got so blown out of proportion is because they are both famous.

Well, Tito's accusation of her using drugs is false. She tested negative for many drugs.
I think the truth is obviously somewhere in the middle and something we will probably never know.
