... 2 weeks ago I ate the KFC double down. I know, I know. Halfway through I was already regretting it but I finished it. about 10 minutes later and for 30 minutes I felt physically sluggish and mentally stupid. I felt literally like it caused my brain to instantly lower in quality. It wasn't even that good either. It's just giant fried chicken filets that taste like KFC with the other ingredients. |

I had one two weeks ago. I literally had to call in sick 2 days later, because I was still out of it.  that thing. |

my thing with everyone going off about how bad this thing is... how many pieces of chicked do you eat , when eating fried chicken? i dont know MANY people that eat just one.... I don't eat any fried chicken, I'm a vegetarian. And typically, I do eat pretty well. It's hard for me to believe people will eat this thing just based on the sodium alone, I won't touch anything over 800mg, and this son of a bitch almost is double that. |

its really funny how fast food places come up with over the top unhealthy probly going to kill you on the spot kind of things, then market them as just that, then people actually get excited. Like the doughnut burger.. and this. My little brother is all about the double down at kfc and it looks pretty gross

I had one the first day they came out and thought it was delicious. People bitch and complain but will go to Mcdonalds and get a large # w/e and say it isn't as bad b/c it has bread.

I like the big chicken fillets from that sandwich when they are by themselves. The whole thing together seems like a bit overkill to me though.
