it's truly sad when when someone loses their life. sounds like he had a great business mind and was very successful. like others before me have said...thank you for so many memories and the thrill of the hunt. i'll let you slide on randy orton's first scan and chuck palumbo's biker scan. R.I.P.

RIP. I remember when I was 10 years old. I was walking down the toy isle at a local Wal-Mart and I saw the first ever Classic Superstars Ric Flair figure with World Title and red robe. Tht was when I got hooked on wrestling again. Thank you for all tht you've done Jack. You sparkded my love for pro wrestling and because of tht I've had so many great memories. RIP

RIP Jack Friedman. I had no idea he also founded LJN. He is the innovator of wrestling figures.

RIP Jack Friedman.
Very sad to hear, my thoughts go out to his family at this time, amazing how much he did for toys and videogames in his lifetime.

Jack Friedman, a icon of wrestling figures... LJN was a giant force in my 80s childhood... the power of the lines he and his team put out in the 80s were giant blocks of my child hood... here are the figure lines LJN had put forth... Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Back to the Future Part II Baseball Talk Bionic Six Boy George Brooke Shields Dune E.T. Emergency! Entertech Ethosrox Gremlins Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Magnum P.I. Michael Jackson Oodles Photon Warrior Figures Plantsters Road Rovers Road Stars Roll 'n Rocker Rookies Rough Riders Suckers S.W.A.T Switch Force Thundercats[9] Tigersharks Tiny Dinos Video Art Voltron Who Framed Roger Rabbit Wrestling Superstars The Terminator Clearly the man really was clued in as to what kids really wanted...and while other great line back then came from folks like mattel and others...its hard to imagine my childhood without the contributions of this wonderful man... for me the big big line was wwf wrestling superstars the magic of the wwf line and ljns "bring home all the action" vibe is a vibe i recreate to this very day using what his Jakks paciffic group put out in the form of the classic superstars line.... so much joy and the great fortunetness of being able to take the grandsons of the famed ljn wwf line (Jakks CS) and still rock out that Brting home all the action feel is something, something very important to me..its a part of my child hood i can always revis and led to my building my "LJN Arena"... Jack Friedman, you did something that few others except for the image of santa claus can do...you brought a life time of joy and wonder to children all over the world...may god bless you and your family in these trying times... RIP and thank you from kid who will always consider you a welcomed friend in memories of all the great things you made possible.... as a salute i homble present the ljn arena yet again as i will always "Bring Home All The Action"....god bless you Jack Friedman...
