UFC Star's Cold Shoulder Stops Fight Originally posted 25 minutes ago by TMZ Staff Forrest Griffin -- one of the most popular fighters in the UFC -- is backing out of his fight later this month because of a bum shoulder ... TMZ has learned. Sources tell us the former UFC light heavyweight champ's shoulder injury is serious enough that he won't be able to fight Lil' Nog on May 29 in Las Vegas. The extent of Griffin's injury is unclear. This sucks i was really looking forward to that fight.  |

To be honest, for Griffin fans (my girlfriend) and Griffin himself, I think this is a blessing in disguise.
I did not see Forrest beating Lil' Nog.

Wel this certainly wasn't a fighter to take on with a injury so fair play.
The question is who replaces him?
I say pull Jones out of that poor looking fight with Matyushenko & chuck him in there with Little Nog, would be a fantastic fight.

Well, I guess that's a suitable replacement. Brilz has a much better record than Griffin and has performed very well in UFC so far.
I just don't see him holding a candle to Minotouro.
