Was definately a great price. Why does everything have to come up for sale at the same time! Always the way ;( Congratulations on whoever won - looks a great figure.

I must add to the above, does anybody else find it weird how official released figures such as Bret and Taker mailaways are fetching huge money, anything from £200-400, yet an ultra rare - maybe 1 of a kind prototype like this only fetches £150ish?
I'm really confused by it.

Wow, that's an amazing price for that, I'd put any hasbro proto at £300+ I didn't bid because I thought I'd have to bid in the region of £400 and am currently saving up for something else.

I must say the Hasbromaster has not Good Business with his Testshot and prototypes Testshot were all around 100 € Prototype only for 158 € El Matador under 90 € For Repo Man is 98€ Good? I thought that are sold for more cash! But for now, many people also sell Testshot figures! Best Regards

A little while ago, there were very few Hasbro testshots and/or protos for sale. With more being put up for sale, collector's money is being spread thin. Bidding wars are down as the buyer wants more for their buck.

Remember a item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
As for the figures going cheaply, I think for me to buy them all at top price I would need about £5,000+ spare in my bank. But I haven't, So to me the market has been flooded and the prices have dropped because we the collectors just haven't got the money (well I haven't). Also with UK and other economies doing poorly we take more serious things first like family instead of our hobbies
But whomever has bought them, well done i'm sure they will be rising in price in the future.

I would say that the mailaways fetch high prices as people are 100% sure they are genuine.
Now i'm quite confident that Hasbromasters protos are genuine but like we've discussed many times, a talented model maker could easily throw one of these together.

Remember a item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I also agree, I dont think anybody knows what some figures are really worth!!! Really it usually goes by the rarer they are the higher the price that is put !!!! I was really thinking of selling my collection for the space that i need in my place for my family but I'm not that desperate to sell!!! Hopefully I wont have to sell at all !!!! No matter what happens I love hasbro but I love my little family first !!!!

I was looking at the Neidhart but passed . I hate to say I love the test-shots and the crazy ass colors. I won the Flair from Gnome guy at $100.00 which I thought was fair.
