Hey yo - Here's my back story. JWF was a figure fed I had on here back from 2002 til late 2004, people seemed to really like it. That old site is still up, and some back shows still are too, if you're interested. www.freewebs.com/figfedjwf is the site. I figured I wanted to try some animation with a DA Tazz I just got. Thing is, I don't have a ring anymore, or any other DA figure...so I made do with a Marvel Legends Sabretooth, which I think adds a little humor. Anyway, here's my animation - let me know what you think! Thanks for looking! My own critique: I could use some more frames during the slower parts. And the lighting needs a little work - the sunlight kept changing, and it showed.

My god dude. First in years? Thats awesome, from your post count I'm gonna assume you were on here even earlier then the Nitro era? Awesome!
Onto the ani. I thought it was a little fast, but it was still really awesome. A lot of people now would just make the suplex, I like how you added the buildup. Suplex was great, but also a little fast. I like how Tazz was up immediately but the other guy was a little slower, so the reaction was great. What makes me really love this animation was that it didn't stop there, you also added in the sleeper-hold. The sounds really added to this animation. The only issue I saw was the speed.
Overall: 9/10
Lower the speed and your animations will be flawless.

Wow, that's pretty amazing after it's been so long since you animated. Kinda fast and it looks like you're missing a few frames here and there. The reactions are great and I love the fact that you added the Tazzmission at the end. The animation was very entertaining and I'm looking forward to seeing more anis from you in the future. 8.5/10

Thanks guys! I'm glad you liked it.
MC2 - Yeah I have been a member for a LONG time, but I haven't really posted actively for a while now. My interest in wrestling went away. Now I'm just kinda looking to learn about a few things I should get here and there, namely some DA figures so I can do some more animating. So, I don't really know what the "Nitro era" is, haha.
DB - The missing frames are something I definitely will work on in the future. The speed was fast, so I tried to slow it down...but I didn't have any pictures to throw in, which is why it looks a little more jerky than it should. Thanks for the criticism, gives me something to improve on.
I appreciate your feedback, gentlemen!

Sorry, I should have explained myself when I said "The Nitro Era". There was a mod named Ricky Nitro and he was the mod in about 2006(?) and I always refer to the time span someone was a Animation mod as an "Era". Sorry for the confusion. lol

Well, If That Was your 1st It was pritty goood! I Liked it but it was too fast, But it was smooth Some Parts needed more frames. The Suplex was good. Do You Have a ring? The Camera angle was good. i Subbed 8.5/10 Was That Comment good enough

Wow... 1st in years... REALLY? This was amazing, the speed was fast but that's what made the animation awesome to me. Are you gonna animate regularly?

Ahh okay, glad I understand "eras" now haha.
09RCWwwe: EC-Aholic - Thanks man, like I said above I'm gonna work on the frames when I animate again. I'm glad you liked the camera angle. Sadly, I don't have a ring anymore - my old Hardcore Ring and RAW is WAR Monster Ring are both in storage. I've been SERIOUSLY thinking of getting the WM2 RSR from Ringside, though. And yes, your reply was good enough!
wwfanimations - I should be more specific, this is my first WRESTLING animation in years. I used to do very small, few-frame ones for my figure fed, but the last show was in late 2004. Since then I've done only a few toy animations, but nothing recent. I'm glad you liked the speed, I want to try to make it run a little smoother by adding more pictures. As for whether or not I animate regularly, that kinda depends on how fast someone wants to sell me Deluxe figures...I've made offers but people are busy, so they can't get back to me too quickly.
I will say, I would like to at least do them sometimes - I've got a LOT of projects I work on (too many, haha) so I wouldn't be looking for them like every week, but I'm sure there will be more.
Thanks everyone!

JWF, meet JWS. lol. WOW!!! First in years? Holy crap that's great. You don't seem to be rusty. The lighting wasn't the best, but smooth and not stiff. Lol at using Sabretooth. I like it. Very realistic. Great job. I will give it a 9/10

Wfigs: Y2J - Thanks for looking man. I know which parts are smoother than others, that's something I want to work on in the future. The parts that weren't slow enough I had to slow down manually, which means the frame rate got a little jumpy. I'm glad you still gave it a pretty high rating though, hopefully you'll keep watching if I make some more!
jwsowner628 - Pleased to make your acquaintance. I see you're the "king of string"...I could probably pick up a few tricks from watching your stuff! I appreciate the comment, the lighting was changing because there's a big window that I didn't take into consideration. From now on, I'll plan on using a steady light source. As for Sabretooth...like I said, I didn't have anymore DA figures, and I figured it'd be funny seeing Sabretooth and Tazz wrestle haha. Thanks for looking!

Wow, for not animating in so long your really good. Better than over half the people here I love the speed on this it looks like you may have used multiple speeds or just good spacing. The swing dodge was nice and I love how Taz held him up before the move. The impact looked great and I love the reaction. The added Tazmission at the end was a nice touch and I like how sabretooth was squirming. The only flaws have already been pointed out by others. Anyway great ani and im looking forward to more, subbed.

Wow! Never heard of you before but I am amazed! Great animation and the Sabretooth was a nice touch. The commentary made it even more realistic but it should be a teensy bit slower in my opinion. Can't wait for more, subbed as well.

Arrow - I appreciate the kind words. You haven't heard of me because I haven't posted actively in a VERY long time, and even when I did, it was mostly in the Pic Fed board. Animations were always something I liked, but never did much. Now that I'm not running a fed, I might try my hand at some more animating. Thanks for looking!
The Furyy - Legends are awesome, plus my lack of DA WWE figures meant I needed something posable as a substitute. As I've said, I'm going to work on my speed and my frame rates in the future. Thanks for your support - I hope I stick around and am able to contribute a little bit here and there!
ANGRUBER - I appreciate the words, man. I did use multiple speeds (I used Final Cut Express since I don't have a proper gif animator, plus I'm used to it from all of my video projects). I'm able to alter each frame as I want, which is great. However, it only helps when I have the pictures I need, haha. I tried to go for realism as much as I could (since, in "real life," Sabretooth would murder Tazz) with the moves, and I remember Tazz always holding people up for that "Oh sh**" moment before he tossed them on their head haha. I'll try to improve the minor things that people have pointed out!
sweetchinmusic1997 - Yeah, I'm new haha. I'm glad you liked the commentary - originally I was looking for Joey Styles' ECW commentary but I couldn't find any that worked for me. Hopefully I'll get ahold of some newer DA figures soon, but in the meantime Sabretooth works pretty well! Thanks for watching.
Ka$ - Thanks man, I wanted Tazz to have a couple good moves thrown in this ani. Glad you approve!
goldstandard - I appreciate it. The flow works well in my opinion, I just needed a few more frames in a few places to make it a little more consistent. Glad you took a look!
Oh, and thank you to everyone who subscribed! Makes me want to make some more animations, haha. I'll be checking out some of your work as soon as I can, I know I saw some of it already and there are a lot of talented animators on this forum. Hopefully one day I can be a part of one of the big events I see on here. Thanks to everyone for your kind words!

What?!WHAT!?What?! - Thanks man. The camera I'm using is my Mini DV video camera, so it's not really meant for stills. Plus it's almost ten years old, and digi-cameras have come a LONG way since then. Maybe it's time for a new camera, haha. But I think the pic quality will improve if I get some better lighting, which others have suggested. Thanks for looking and thank you for the high rating!
