Rampage should be able to stop Rashads Wrestling and I think that's the thing Rasads going to count on. So Rampage for me.

In all honesty i think Rashad is a more well rounded fighter, but hes still not close to being in rampages league

I'm going with Rashad in this one.
Rampage is just a puncher now, he doesn't check leg kicks, uses little movement. Certainly uses none of his wrestling or power that he demonstrated when making a name for himself in Pride.
If Rashad plays it smarts he'll control this on the ground for an easy decision, however I see Rashad keeping it on the feet & KOing Rampage.

Control it on the ground? No one can really "control" Rampage on the ground. Olympic-level wrestler Dan Henderson couldn't even do that.
