Honestly I don't see what's wrong with it, it's just made to honor and look back on two of their best tag teams..

Yeah, I didn't even hear anything about this. Noticed the video was posted on Facebook. Eh, I'll wait until it's cheap online or something. Then get it.
Hell, it'll probably be $7, come their Black Friday sale. Haha.

Would have been nice if mcmg got their own dvd, but I guess they figured no one would buy a beer money dvd.

Nobody, outside of TNA/ROH fans would buy a MCMG DVD either.
If you're a casual WWE fan, and you see that DVD at FYE, WalMart, Best Buy, etc... you aren't even going to give it a second look.

it's a bizarre dvd set, once MCMG win the tag titles they should get a dvd about just them

I wouldn't mind if it was separately sold for a while and maybe in a year, lower the price and package them with other tag team DVD's, but together for no reason is weird.

By your standards, TNA shouldnt even make dvds b/c they perform so piss poorly in retail.

I agree that people aren't going to buy a MCMG or Beer Money dvd individually. Even with that said I'm not sure people are going to get that set they just released. Neither team is popular enough to warrant a dvd even when you combine both teams.

The MCMG portion of the DVD is AWFUL. Outside of Shelley vs. Sabin, you have Magnus squashing Sabin, 4 multiman matches where they do nothing, a 6-man that was based on putting Lethal over. This DVD seems to be more about making the guns look worthless than good.

My logic is the reason they put Team 3D on the "Second to None" DVD. They are familiar faces with the casual wrestling fan. However, with neither four of those guys being household names... the casual fan wouldn't care.
Same reason TNA has the likes of Sting, Angle, Flair, Hogan, etc. even signed. Household names, HOPING it'll increase viewers.

Whether you have 2, 4 or 24 names of guys casual fans dont know....they probably wont buy.

I think you're misreading what I'm saying. DVDs with Kurt Angle, Sting, etc. on the cover will sell. As people recognize those faces.
I think we're agreeing on this DVD, though. Haha.
