So I've got to the point of coding my RP and remembered mention of "Find & Replace" by a few people. What's the best way to use it? I have no idea. I only just realised it was a function in Microsoft Word just now as I don't personally use Word I just use the basic text edit on my mac. I do however have Word and am wanting my coding to take half the time it usually takes if at all possible.

Have your RP written ala {Narrative, description, yadda yadda yadda} Character: Then just replace as appropriate. { with
} with [/*b][/*color]
Character 1: with Character 1:[/*b][/*color]
You don't put in the * obviously, it was just something had to do so my example wouldn't be formatted.
Obviously that can differ depending on how you choose to format or use colors but that was always how Al, D, and myself did it and I personally thought our RPs always looked the best. |

I'm surprised to only see two RPs up right now. I mean, I have no room to talk...RPing against Raider is ridiculously challenging for me. But I'm curious what the progress is with everyone. I mean, since this was technically a holiday timed show, I think everyone'd understand if extensions need to be dealt out accordingly. But the fact that the people who normally have work up like...a week ago haven't put anything up...naturally I'm wondering what's going on.

No extension needed. Mines been done since a day or two after the card was posted. I just post when I want.

Mine will probably not be very good this time around. I've had big tests hitting me from all directions, and I've had to fill out my financial aid stuff and other paper work as well. Just hit me that it was due tonight.

I have been dealing with some health issues and surgery over the last two weeks or so. But I have my rp almost done along with a seg that I am doing that I have been trying to finish since Obo sent it to me almost two weeks ago.
Everything I have will be done today at some point.

I have sent a message to the Mods but I will need an extension if I have any chance to finish my rp against Trace. Trace, I hope that isn't an issue. Swing shifts have thrown my days around and work has been busy.

However if an extension is given then people shouldn't expect to see my piece up until tomorrow either. I've got this thing about not posting until the last day because I don't like giving anything away to my opponent. |

That is fine with me. I don't ever my opponent's rp until I post my first anyways. If I have the time to do a second rp I will use that as a response to what my opponent says. |

I've had a lot on my plate the past few weeks and never got around to finishing my work. I hoped to have it up by midnight tonight, but since an extension was granted I decided I will hold off until tomorrow to give myself more time to edit. I should have it up tomorrow afternoon sometime. I look forward to reading and replying to everyones' stuff.
Also, are segment deadlines bumped back a day now as well or is it still Wednesday?

IDK why, but when I woke up a couple days before deadline I scrapped the RP I had started because that wasn't the direction I wanted Mak and co. to go. I'm putting a long-term storyline RP on the backburner until I can convince myself the direction I want to go is the right one.
