Ric Flair says TNA will be building to a match between him and Kurt Angle down the road.
Angle returned from a one-month hiatus last week on Impact to begin a "quest" to have the best matches of his career. Flair talked up Angle during an interview on the U.K. Sun's WrestleCast podcast hyping the potential match.
"Kurt is really good. Is he better than me? No. He's better than me now, but not when I was 35! Angle vs. Flair will happen, we've already got it cooking," Flair said.

Angle was always better. Whether Flair was 25, 35, 45, or 55. The guy has a massive ego and is overrated as hell.

Ric Flair is not even in Angle's league. I've seen Flair wrestle in his prime and in my opinion, he is overrated as hell.

Ric Flair in his prime was the best damn wrestler in the world.
Ric Flair in his prime is better than any wrestler that has ever wrestled before.

bitch bitch moan moan... this match will be epic Seriously? You think that? This is my opinion (just stating what I think): Angle IS the greatest wrestler of our generation (tied with Michaels). Flair is by far one of the worst currently. His match with Abyss was so sad to watch. He is really ruining his career here because he can't let go of the spotlight. WWE gave him the perfect end to a great career, but he had to get back in the spotlight. Flair was nothing anything special. I'm not saying his matches with Sting and Hogan were not good, I'm just saying he is EXTREMELY overrated. This match will probably be decent at best, all thanks to Angle.

Ugh....why won't Flair just retire for good.
Scrap Flair/Angle.
Have Angle have epic matches with the Top 10, beat them all, then win the title at BFG. And keep Flair far, far away.

Im a huge Flair mark but even I have to say in technical abilities, Angle is far past ANYONE who's wrestled in the past 25 years.......
That being said, Angle will never be the draw or sportsman that Flair was or even the charisma.

Im really looking forward to this showdown, i hope they save it for BFG. Is flair in his prime? No. Can Flair still go. Yes.
When Naitch is 80, he will still be able to turn it on and wrestle. I have no desire to see Ric hang em up for good.

I can't believe people actually want to see matches like this.
I'd much rather see Angle against any of these than against a 61 year old man:
AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Desmond Wolfe, RVD, Jeff Hardy, Jay Lethal, Doug Williams etc.

I can't believe people actually want to see matches like this, no wonder TNA's going down the drain. Matches with two proven draws who can wrestle? Should the BFG main event be Desmond Wolfe vs Doug Willams in a technical masterpiece that sells 4 tickets? Don't get me wrong, im a fan of both guys. But saying TNA is in the crapper because they are using proven draws [who can still go] is just iggnorant.
