I dunno why the UK doesn't put in an awesome band, just to see how we do. Just about every country hates us, but if we actually decided upon a serious act, we may actually sway some people.
You're never gonna get anywhere though holding an open contest to anybody to represent us in Eurovision. Until we start taking it seriously, nobody else will take us seriously.

I quite liked Turkey's (mainly 'cos it's maNga, and I liked their song from FIFA "Bir Kadin Cizeceksin" a few years ago) but I'd also be happy with a Germany win. Looks like Ireland have no chance anyway.
