I hate it when you have a pretty much unsolvable crime. Hopefully, it was kids,& their parents over hear them showing off about it.

Where are the people saying it's just words and hate crimes aren't a real crime? They got caught up in an argument with the "technically, all crimes are hate crimes" people. |

This morning my family was going out somewhere for Memorial Day, when we were putting stuff in the trunk, getting in, etc, my dad noticed something on the back of our car. SOmeone keyed in " You" then a swastika next to it (We are Jewish). We have no idea who did this, or when it happened, were all really steamed because of this, and I'm just really pissed off and want to know who did it. They are probably just some kids. To be honest I would NOT try to come out and mess with anybody. Nazis may be 70+ years old but the idea to some people never die. |

The More You nohw! anyway this kinda stuff makes me mad.......i hope the Cops apply a bit of " Good ol' fashioned Police Brutality" to the culpretChances are, it's a bunch of teenagers being dicks. So you condone police brutality on minors then? Granted, it's a completely awful thing for them to do, and they should get in to SOME TROUBLE because of it, but I don't know that if it WAS in fact, teenagers, who did it, they did it out of some racist malice, or just out of sheer stupidity. Personally I'm more inclined to believe in the latter, kids these days are just straight dumb. They don't think about the consequences of their actions. So "good ol' fashioned police brutality" seems a tad extreme in my opinion. Jonirocks, I used to think you were stupid, now I just flat out think you are a intellectually- disabled little kid. anyway I'm sorry to hear Mike, you're a good guy and this kind of thing should not happen because of someone's religion, it's quite stupid how today kids draw swastikas at school and think they're making fun of nazis and hitler, when it's more like they're saluting them, which is no laughing matter. this is taking that stupidity to the next level, it most likely it went down like this "dude! that family is Jewish" "lulz, we should pretend we iz nazis" "omgz!! k" I'm christian. If anyone violated my family's car with something against my religion...I really don't know what I would do. I hope whoever did this gets what they deserve. -PWA |

I personally would be more pissed about the keying of the car then the racial "crime". Ive never understood why so many people get soooo offended over little things like words or symbols.

that sucks dude. i live in a very jewish neighborhood and stupid things like this happen alot. some dick went around asking jewish family's "Have you found Jesus?" and doing stupid craplike this. really pisses me off.

An officer than threatened to "bash his face in with the end of the flashlight" because he wasn't speaking up. |

In fact when this was all happening I was saying to myself, "If your gonna do something like that, at least like spray paint it, or something that doesn't have to make us go into an Auto Body shop to get it removed." |

If I posted something about being attacked for being gay and said it was a hate crime, people would be in here complaining about me using the term hate crime, saying it's not a crime.
