Fantastic result for the USA, you should be pretty happy with that. Very disapointing for us, Green had no place in goal, id have prefered a slightly unfit James, and we need a decent partnership up front, Hesky has no place in the team, he did manage to keep up, but we need someone else who can work with rooney and put away the goals.

US had some close chances in the 2nd half. It would have been great to get the win but the draw is fantastic.

We should've won. America didn't really threaten, it was totally Green's fault they got a point. At least hes out now, hopefully Hart will play instead. Also, my Heskey love was vindicated, he was the best player on the pitch. typical, still can't give us our props

I just stated my opinion.

Even though this game is far from over, let me say this..... Ties!!! Seriously, get a winner damnit Blame Robert ing Green. Emile Heskey played well but didn't help exactly considering all of his offsides. Then again, he did set up Gerrard so fair play to him.

US pride is one thing, but you must have been watching another game if you think the US deserved the win. As for Green, he also gave you your only goal.

Last time I checked, mistakes are a part of all sports. They made a mistake and it cost them.

Neither team deserved to win more than the other in my opinion. Both teams had very good on target shots and played well. Green's slip up was unfortunate but stuff like that happens.
I will say this though: USA's defense, with the exception of Tim Howard and Oguchi Onyewu, was horrible today.

It was a draw. Neither team were the better team, and you can't decisively say one team should have won and the other shouldn't have.
Now let's leave it at that.

If you were better, you would have won.....I think the obvious is obvious. Thats a silly comment. Of course the best team doesn't always win. Teams that are much better than England have lost by worse luck than this. We wern't miles better, but IMO we were better.

Just admit it, in that game, they didnt beat the United States at our 5th most popular sport. ;D
