What's everyone's thoughts on the new album? I haven't finished listening, not even halfway yet, but "The Resistance" is siiiiiiiiiiiiiiick. PS. Worst album art ever?

Rap is crap, and I'm gonna smoke it.
Wait, that didn't make any sense.
Well, anyway...

From what I've heard of his... I'm not a fan.

While a lot of my friends are huge Drake fans, I just can't take him seriously. To me, he'll always be Jimmy from Degrassi High.

It leaked yesterday I think.
I have not listened to anything new but I think I would like it since I loved Best I Ever Had and Forever.

I don't mind him, but I've seen the tracklist for this album and I'm underwhelmed. The entire thing has already leaked but his buzz is pretty huge so we'll see how it sells.

I love it, and I'm going to buy it when it comes out. Even though I downloaded it last night, "Fireworks" is my favourite thus far.

I try listening to Drake, but being the huge Degrassi fan that I am it's kind of hard to separate Drake and Jimmy Brooks. He's probably one of the most talented guys in the business but he just does nothing for me

Its alright. Doesn't come close to B.O.B.'s album, which is the best of year so far IMO.

I've only listened to it once so for, but it's definitely dope off of first listen. It sounds a little too much like So Far Gone, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Drake could also benefit from changing his flow up once and a while, but other than that I dug the album.. I'm sure I'll be bumpin' it a lot over the summer.

I heard most of the songs of the album, and honestly im liking it a lot. Ive been a huge Wayne fan since like 02' and their styles are pretty much the same so maybe thats why i like him. People just need to get over the fact that he played Jimmy in degrassi. Yea, It is kind of hard taking him serious after he played the handicapped black kid who cant ball, or being a jew from canada....but the man has a lot of talent.

I honestly thought this was going to be about Drake & Josh.
I'm an idiot. I'll see myself out, thank you.

Meh, he was always one of my least favorite people from Degrassi.

I like it, but as others have said it isn't as good as The Adventures of Bobby Ray. I'm a little upset that it only has like 3 or so upbeat songs and the rest are just like very R&B/mellow. I also don't like that like 4 or 5 songs have like almost the exact same beat. It could've benefited with a feature from Kanye West in addition to production he has from him. Thank Me Now is pretty solid, I'm also feeling Show Me A Good Time. Based on all his mixtape/prior stuff this is just ok, it doesn't really represent how good of a rapper he is. I was definitely underwhelmed based on how much hype the album got.

Yeah its too RB for me to really like, some of the songs are good, some of them are just awful.
