They say the fans did, I don't think it's any coincidence that WWE built up a Kane vs Sheamus match RIGHT before the break. And if it wasn't fixed, well then they sure wanted us to do it. And it was typical WWE. I know exactly where this is going, and the ending of it is gonna suck. None of us will be pleased, blahblahblah. Vintage WWE! How do I know? Cause none of these things ever turn out as good as we imagine. The Invasion? Nope. ECW coming back? Nope. Even the concept of "us" choosing the matches. NOTHING they ever do, is as good as we imagine. Deep down, I feel just about everything you're saying. I honestly do agree with a lot of what you're saying. But f**k it. For the first time in literally several years for me, WWE managed to make me genuinely interested in something wrestling related. So to hell with feeling like it's all going to come crashing down. I'm just going to enjoy it while it lasts, and hope it somehow, miraculously turns out to be something good. I'm with you man. The devil on my left shoulder is telling me that this will all come to a crashing, uneventful, depressing hault. But the Angel on my right shoulder is telling me to keep hope alive that this will turn into some amazing storyline. I gotta be honest here. I've come down from the high that I got from that sweet narcotic of an ending segment, I'm beginning to listen the the devil on the left.

My faith in WWE and wrestling is restored. Amazing. I was just getting goosebumps watching at, and a smile that wouldn't leave my face. It was just amazing. Honestly, one of the best Raw endings ever. This is the kind of stuff that urges you to watch next week's Raw, or tomorrow night's NXT. I still cannot get over it, it was so ing awesome.

What happened with Tarver and Danielson though? I think what people are referring to is that Tarver threw a punch at Cena that looked like he was getting in the way of Daniel Bryan. i didn't notice it myself until it was mentioned.

I loved it, it reminded me of the InVasion...which was a storyline I actually liked. I think these guys are who attacked the undertaker. Additionally, I too noticed that Michael Cole got away. The choking of Justin Roberts was hilarious. I just wish they hadn't decided to do an NXT season 2 already, this completely devalues that and has way too many new guys on the main roster

Really well done. For me this is the first time since Scott Hall came through the crowd and grabbed a mic on Nitro that I truly was shocked, and truly had no idea where they were going with an angle, and was marking out hard for it, lol. The best part of all this is that WWE can explain how all these guys are still going to be on tv after they were eliminated on NXT. Yeah kayfabe wise 7 of the guys are not signed, but if you are going to make that argument then Nash and Hall weren't WCW guys when they debuted either, so technically that angle wasn't that great either right?

Eh, god knows where this Angle could go. It could be a stable lead by Michael Cole(Wishful thinking). It could be a NXT S1 vs NXT S2(I sure hope not) or it could just lead to all the NXT rookies being behind Wade Barret for when he uses his title shot thing.

I REALLY want this to turn out in the best way possible, but Jason dropped some really, REALLY heavy words of realism a couple of pages back.
I don't like it, but he could be right.

Remember one of those days when you were younger, you just finished watching Wrestling and you're lying in bed still in awe of the awesome ending thinking how great it was? Yeah, this ending was basically worthy of one of those moments.

Okay. I just got home from Raw. So my friend and I are sitting in section 107 at the end of the aisle. We see Barrett come out and distract Cena, and I figure Cena's going to take out Punk either way, and then brawl, or staredown. All of a sudden, everyone around me turns around, and my friend goes, "Daniel Bryan just brushed against my arm!" Sure enough, I see Bryan and Heath Slater walk by us and down the ramp. I look down and there's Skip and Tarver getting in on the action.
This was AMAZING. I've never been so enthralled in forever. I was marking out pretty hard. And then, Bryan SPITS in Cena's face, and kicks his head off. This was just genius, and the best way to simultaneously get these 8 guys over. As vicious, brutal heels. The first thing I thought was, "man, this is what the Invasion angle should have been." Absolute desctruction. And then a bit of shades of gray from Punk, not really saving Cena but trying to get his retribution, and gets destroyed. EVERYONE gets destroyed...except Cole, which I did not notice until reading these boards.
It was just brilliant and I'm glad I got to experience it live.

On a side note... I'd just like to give kudos to Jason, seems like he's grow up alot since his return and has actually been contributing alot as opposed to senseless arguing. Now back the the NXT markout.... I STILL cannot get the image of Danielson screaming at Cena, spitting in his face, and kicking the **** out of him. This whole angle literally sounds like some random, crazy dream someone would make a thread about after waking up. People saying "Oh calm down, it's not a big deal..." If the implications of everything done tonight stay true within the next few weeks of this storyline playing out, then it could end up being a VERY big deal indeed.

I REALLY want this to turn out in the best way possible, but Jason dropped some really, REALLY heavy words of realism a couple of pages back. I don't like it, but he could be right. As 1991 said, it's everything that could happen after last night that makes the Beatdown/destruction that more exciting. I don't think anyone actually has a conclusive idea of where this angle's going, which leaves WWE room to come up with a happy-meduim for the outcome of this angle. Some people will be dissapointed, as at least one person is with any given angle. On a side note, I have a feeling this may end up being the embodiment of the PG Era from a positive stance. While what follows may discourage us, at least we'll always have RAW being torn apart, literally, by the disgruntled Rookies of NXT Season 1.

I mean I LOVE John Cena, I really do,big fan of his, hell I even have a few shirts, I've been a true fan for years...but I turned into a rabid, IWC smark when they started destroying him...I mean it really could have been ANY WWE main-stay, HHH, Orton, Taker, etc.
But finally seeing Cena look....just...human, vulnerable, and by of all people the "rookies" from NXT.
It's gonna take a LOOOONG time for me personally as a fan to get over that moment. Like I said in my first post in this thread, completely surreal.

I want to have the ending to Raw's baby.
I never thought I would see it.
Cena LITERALLY had his F'n head kicked in by Dragon.
I have not marked out for anything like this since I legit thought HBK passed out in the ring in 1995
I pray that this will be as awesome as we all hope it is
