If I have to sit through that Raw ending again on Friday I'm going to cry. That took up way too much time. As did those brutal interviews No spoilers, but Smackdown! seemed a little short this week, so I think we might have to. |

So I guess the "mic meter" range for this season is Riley-to-Titus. More like O'Neil-to-Ring Announcer. |

Can someone kick Striker in the gut again? Him cutting off the interviews is getting pretty annoying. This a hundred times over. For a show that is supposed to push these guys to a higher degree, it makes no sense to always have him ripping the mic out of peoples faces as they try to talk. I could understand if they were stuttering, or digging a hole for themselves, but he seems to just do it before they can finish a damn sentence. Regardless of how bad some of these guys are on the mic at times, it still bugs me. |

My thoughts so far:
I really hope Titus O'neil is not actually that terrible on the mic. Im hoping thats an act to show his improvement from now until the end of NXT. Cause that was pathetic. How could a guy that bad on the mic be involved in WWE?
Percy Watson is gonna be a fun character. I like that he wears his glasses in the ring. Unique look. Mad homo.
I was diggin' McGillicutty on the mic until Striker interrupted him. So annoying.
Husky Harris can move. I like his look. You don't see that look these days. Like Cody Rhodes was saying, he looks like Dusty Rhodes.
Eli Cottonwood was not impressive in the ring. Also - his accent doesn't fit his character.
Alex Riley is clearly the nicest on the mic. Seems like a complete douchebag too.
Lucky Cannon.
Kaval is going to be the b*tch of the relationship... until near the end of Season 2.

Alex Riley and The Miz work very well together, they look like those two douchebag friends you'd see in the clubs.
Cottonwood and O' Neill aren't impressing me. I laughed at the dog bark though.
Husky Harris has potential, I like that he's sporting the Terry Gordy'esque look, very refreshing in WWE today. And damn, that senton he does has got some height on it.
There is something about McGillicutty that I'm not liking. Maybe he'll grow on me.
Kaval is EASILY the best "rookie" there, and the Lay-Cool pairing is hilarious.
Percy Watson and MVP are clearly one of the better pairings. He reminds me alot of Eddie Murphy, he should definitely get called up, even if only for comedic purposes. And the guy wrestles with GLASSES!
Lucky Cannon is the Heath Slater of this season. And that's not a good thing. Mark Henry as his pro makes him even more un-interesting.

So....I just watched the end of NXT. Looks like Titus O'Neill had a good run. But man, TERRIBLE on the mic.
My boy Percy still shines, though.

Thoughts on Premiere of Season 2:
Opening was alright to introduce the characters. Then Striker saying it'd only be 12 weeks is funny because wasn't the last one about the same amount of time or so.
The tag of Ryder/O'Neil vs Morrison/Cottonwood was terrible minus when Ryder/Morrison went at it neither were really impressive.
Husky/Rhodes vs MVP/Percy was pretty good even tho Percy finisher was one of the Rock's Smackdown moves but it makes since cause they are both from Miami,FL
The interviews for Riley was good as was Hening's.
Lucky Cannon reminds me of Matthew McConaughey and Jerry O' Connell combined.
Kaval is awesome point blank and I hope he wins NXT or joins the NXT8.
Other than the Pros getting retrobution was pretty pointless because the season 2 rookies didn't attack Cena but it's problem just a "putting you in your place" type of beatdown that hopefully the NXT8 see and take out all of the new Pros because they can't take the other 8 pros well they can take out 7 of the old 8.

The NXT S1 recap should've ended when the rookies left the ring so the new rooks could get some more mic time instead of having Striker cut them off like a bunghole.

Anyone else get really angsty when they crap on the rookies, especially Striker cutting everyone off, I just wanted a rookie to grab the mic and say "what makes you think we wont do the same to you?" Like I said, someone else mentioned it earlier, but I do quite like that idea and the seeds have already been planted for it after the Pro-on-Rookie beatdown from last night. |

The season 2-ers who agree with the season 1 rookies decisions are also getting heat. Wow
People out there actually hate the rookies for what they did to Cena.

I lol'd when LayCool made Kaval hold their titles! ;D Here hold them bitch!  Kaval for 2nd male women's champ. JK that would be crap but any gold would be cool. As for my thoughts I didn't care for the Morrison/Rookie v Ryder/Rookie match. Both of their pros are crap to me. Sad Morrison got the intellectually- disabled one. The other tag match was better and Watson was actually not that bad and made me laugh a little. So I guess I am not that big of a hater of him after all! No I don't want to buy that Percy Watson Hateorade!  The beatdown was kinda dumb but looking forward to next week. Some of the others left off this episode better be in matches. |

Alex Riley is a hoot, and without a doubt my favorite outside the obvious Kaval. I see Alex actually winning the contest, with Kaval playing the "Daniel Bryan" character this season
