I believe WWE was going to negotiate with him last year before his summer of turmoil changed their mind.
It's hard to say really due to his age and his constant neck problems, which were an issue frequently in WWE. I would love to see it though, If it's going to happen it would probably be with in the next year or two.

He has to IMO, he just has to. I can't see him having his last match in TNA or wherever, he needs to finish off his career with a run in WWE again.

Why should he return? He wouldnt even fit in well with the crappy lame era that WWE is today. Kurt fits better with TNA because it's more violent and the matches are old school. WWE's matches and storylines are watered down and they cater to children and casual fans. TNA has more of an old school realism(as far as the matches & a few storylines are concerned). Angle is best suited around pure athletes not WWE's current roster of muscle heads and spot monkey jobbers. I'm not defending TNA either because I have not really watched wrestling as a whole since HBK retired. HBK and Shelton Benjamin were some of the last few guys on Angle's level in WWE. I think just off the top that Orton is the only guy I could see Angle feuding with in WWE.....but Angle's already wrestled him. There's really nothing out there left for Angle to accomplish in WWE. You see, Angle is from a breed of Guerrero, Benoit, Michaels, Austin, Rock, Lesnar, Benjamin, etc. Healthwise and competition wise, Angle fits perfectly with TNA.

The day Kurt Angle sets foot in a WWE ring again, is the day my life is complete again.

Do you guys think Angle will ever come back to where the big boys play? I personally hope that he does. He can still go. I thought of this while I was watching this past weeks Impact and his match with Amazing Red. He can have a good match with anyone and seem to keep me interested. I'd like to see him come back myself. What's your thoughts? Angle was never in WCW ![:P](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/tongue.gif)

Once I had a dream that Angle, Rhino, and Jeff Jarrett made a surprise return to WWE as a heel stable called "The Contract Negotiators" (Meaning - "Deal-makers for hire")

Angle seems to have a bipolar opinion on WWE. I can see him come back though.

I love how, despite how crystal clear Angle's made it that he won't go back to the WWE, people still ask this question.
Angle in TNA is awesome and he should stay there where he can have a competitive match with creative athletes and not have to deal with Vince giving him a list of moves he's allowed to do.
Let's be honest, no matter how angry we get with TNA management and writers, we have to admit that they have the most athletic guys going, I don't mean they do loads of acrobatic stuff or compile spot fests, I mean people like Williams, Styles, Red, Angle, Kaz, McGuinness, Sabin, Shelley and RVD who put on competitive wrestling matches which keep you on the edge of your seat especially when any one of those guys goes up against Angle.
Truth be told I think he'd be bored in WWE, apart from Swagger and Jericho I don't know who would go to the mat with him and that's what he's about.
Let's not forget that since he's been in TNA his arsenal has repackaged completely now with him doing high risk flips of the stage better than Jeff Hardy.
I find that a much more relaxed Kurt Angle, makes for a much more focused Kurt Angle, and he couldn't relax working for the WWE, he had to be someone he wasn't. In TNA he plays himself, just slightly exaggerated when it needs to be.

I truly in my heart believe he'll wrestle his last match with WWE. I do as well man. I really do. Agreed. I also do not think Angle will be happy staying in TNA if it continues to be a subpar product. He's just too compulsive about trying to be the best, wrestle the best etc.

i could see him returning, and being a perfect fit with the whole "PG" thing they have going on now...if they were smart, they'd play up the angle, and have Angle ( pun intended) be the "Corporate Spokesperson" ,the new face of the PG-era WWE, (sorta like Vince's hanpicked leader, ala the Rock in 1998-1999)...could potentially give a good Face run to anyone who opposses him,as he refuses to do anything that would be considered "risque" like punches, kicks, outside the ring fighting,etc...make him the good-clean,All American,Olympic gold Medalist, "pure" guy he was when he started way back in 1999....
people are already getting sick of the PG crap....Angle would be perfect to get heat as the poster boy for "Political Correctness"....if they wanted to go the route, have angles where Vince personally shows Angle off as the new face of WWE,and could have Cena balk at this, considering HE'S been the face of WWE for years now,and could potentially free up Cena to get more aggressive and skirt the heel attitude line some more...something like Vince chose Angle because he's worried about some of the "unsavory elements" of hip=hop and the lifestyle getting branded to WWE because of Cena, where Angle is an All-American Boy type of thing...
