.. I wanted to Test doing some stuff. This One I am practicing On Jumping(which is still poor) Spacing, stiffness, smaller movements(which failed) and rope bounce.

Need to bend more for the jump, then extend out the body up in the direction it will head out to. Try to keep the arms together and move the joints more. Airtime looks okay but stiff and there needs to be more impact.

the arm movemnts are to quick. use some mor frames and bend the knees more
