Brock Lesnar is not human, it's the only explanation I have for why Carwin's GNP did not phase him.

Man, I thought lesnar was done for after the first. But carwin just tired himself out and lesnar was all over him. Lesnar ftw. I love that man.

Lesnar vs. Velasquez is going to be EPIC. I'm just so ing impressed with Lesnar right now. Without a doubt he's now the #1 Heavyweight in the world. |

So it was apparent Lesnar's game plan was to absorb all 125 of Carwin's punches until shane tired out, and then finish him. Definitely impressed by how much toughness Lesnar showed tonight, but after that first round, Brock shows he still has a lot to work on. You cannot let someone as beast like as Carwin go off on you like that every fight, it won't work for too long.
I hate Lesnar with a passion, but I'll give him props, I say it half skill, half luck tonight, but sometimes it's all you need.

I could honestly have seen another ref stop it a couple times. But looking at Carwin on the stool, I knew he blew his wad in there and was gassed(no homo). As soon as Lesnar was on top, it was over. Surprisingly he went for a sub instead of GnP finish. Awesome win for Brock. We'll see a rematch down the line I'm sure when Carwin smashes his net opponent. Brock fights Cain next, then Carwin probably gets the winner of Dos Santos/Nelson seeing as he already trounced Mir. |
