Ok, so tonight I was looking at my Entrance Great's Shawn Michaels and noticed it had two left feet. Considering I got it like two months ago from toys r us, I no longer have the box but this just pisses me off that I put out $20 for this figure and it has a factory error. I was just wondering if there was an email to contact Mattel and let them know of this problem?

Call the customer service number on the back of the cards. either write it down the next time you are at a store or maybe a MOC collector can give it to you.

Yeah, I threw all my mattel boxes out. Anyone have the number and if there is an email I'll take that too in case one doesn't work at least I can attempt the other. Easier thing might be to buy a new one, put the old one in the box and return it.

I thought that but think seeing they use the same boots for other wrestlers they probably stamp the boot after the figure is assembled so it should be good to go
