Why are your animations always gif raped?
You never use 24-bitmap colors that's why..

You need to save your sprites/bgs as BMP files not Jpeg, they wont have the pixalated effect on them.
I would suggest getting a new stick too, one with more back joints.
Try using more frames to make the moves flow, so make smaller movements to the text position instead of jumping to it.
And also dont stop moving a joint then restart a few frames later becuase it makes it choppy.
