Take a look at the shot Tito lands at :19. Can Chuck take that shot today?

I'm certain a Stephanie McMahon slap would be enough to knock Chuck out these days.

Take a look at the shot Tito lands at :19. Can Chuck take that shot today? That shot looked ALOT harder than the one Franklin dropped him with, there's no doubt about that. If Tito lands a shot like that on Chuck now, it'll not only knock him out, it'll put him into retirement for good.

Well can Tito even throw a punch like that anymore? Time didn't exactly get paused for Tito while Chuck started to degrade in his effectiveness.
The people rambling on about Tito KO'ing Chuck are kind of disregarding how good Chuck was hit by guys that are actually known to be KO punchers. Rashad was the only one who wasn't really known as a home run hitter, but then again that punch he landed would have dropped a goddamn horse. I do think Tito can beat Chuck this time around, but probably by way of GnP or points.
Until I see Chuck go down to a guy with little punching power, I won't buy into this "glass jaw" nonsense. Has his chin degraded? Absolutely. Does it mean the weakest punch from an average striker can drop him? There's no way to know. And hopefully it stays that way. Just hang the gloves up, Chuck.

Tito can't knock anyone out. Get real.

I'd say Tito would rock him at best. Chuck was pretty much all over Rich before the "shot" and that is how both Tito fights have gone. I don't think Tito would even get a real chance to land that big of a shot.

Tito hasn't won a fight since Patrick Cote in my book. The fight with Belfort, he clearly lost as well as the first fight with Forrest.
And, no. I DON'T count Ken Shamrock.

Tito can't knock anyone out. Get real. Maybe. But I'm just making a comparison with the video. The shot Tito lands looked more solid than the Shogun and Franklin KO punches.

While I don't dislike Tito, let's all be honest here. Tito would actually have to show up for the fight first.

I still think the thrid Ortiz/Liddel fight would be entertaining, andi nteresting. Ortiz looked pretty damn good against Forrest last year, and while he lost, he definitely held his own pretty well, against a younger, motivated Griffin. Liddel looked good against Franklin until he made the stupid mistake of trying to wildly finish Franklin at the end of a first round he had clearly won. I'd say both guys are on pretty equal ground right now, the only possible variable on that being Tito's health, with his neck and all after another surgery.
I want to see Ortiz/Liddell III, simply because I think that neither ifghter has a signifigant advantage going in, and both would be incredibly motivated, from BOTH a personal standpoint, with their dislike for one another, and the fact that with their careers, Liddell DESPERATELY wants to go out with a victory, it's obvious, and after the Forrest loss, tito needs to get a win.

No. I believe in the notion that if you get hit in the right spot, you're done. No matter who you are. Doesn't change the fact that Liddell did his usual "I'm not gonna cover up and try to finish" routine.

And if he does knock Chuck out, I'll be here saying I told ya so. Right after Forrest knocks out Anderson, right? LOL, that still has to be my all time favourite prediction ever. No matter how much you can try to save face...that prediction always makes me laugh.

Hey man, anyone can make a bad call now & then. Even one THAT bad. LOL.
I still think it's very possible that Tito could catch Chuck and knock him out. To say it isn't, is just ridiculous. I'm sure you were saying the same thing in the Franklin fight. That he couldn't knock Chuck out and look how that panned out.
I also love how in the pre-fight talk for many of Chuck's last fights that he keeps saying he's going to knock everyone out and yet in the end, he's the one flat on his back staring up at the ceiling.
I will seriously laugh my ass off if he gets the Tito fight and says he's gonna knock him out in the pre-fight talk and gets his ass knocked out again.
Let's see here....Chuck can't beat Rashad...Can't beat Rampage....Can't beat Shogun....Can't beat Rich Franklin...Hell, he can't even beat a guy that was recently cut by the UFC, Keith Jardine!!
So, I guess that only leaves one guy that he's already beat twice over, Tito Ortiz. Man, if I were Tito I would train like there is no tomorrow and make damn sure that I finally win one against Chuck.
I would make sure I'd finish the fight and send Chuck into permenant retirement.
