I don't get why or how Orton became so popular? Same way Austin became popular people started liking him.

You guys are jumping on him for stupid stuff, so you really don't have a right to play the Wow, seriously? card. I jumped on noone for nothing. I was just saying his claim didn't make much sense to me. Never did I infer anything involving his username, avatar or anything similar for my rebuttal. "Zomg, your claim for tag team title reigns is totally empty and vague- just like your blank sig.!!" ZING! I didn't mean anything mean by it either, just that I didn't understand why he was bringing up random tag teams who had title reigns, because one member was in the ring.

Three thoughts from Raw.
1. WHY RUNJIN, WHYYYYY?!
2. "The WWE Superstars literally have their hands tied behind their backs." No, Michael Cole, they FIGURATIVELY have them tied behind their backs. Unless there's some kinky S&M going on backstage.
3. I was sad Arn Anderson didn't get off a Spinebusters. I think I need to watch a solid Rockers vs. Brain Busters match before bed.

Anyone else see a bunch of Legends showing up next week to fight Nexus?

You sorta got that the last few weeks when they came out and attacked Cena then Vince. I mean, just to bring up TNA since someone did. How boring would it be if Tommy Dreamer kept coming to the crowd and sitting down each week? Sure, the first time it'd be cool to see, but who would care after week 3? They keep introducing older ECW wrestlers with him. It's something new to raise questions. Is it what Abyss is talking about 'Them'? Is it what Sting is talking about, bringing down TNA? What questions are there from the NXT invasion Why are they doing this? Cause they didn't win contracts? Cause the superstars shunned them? I mean, where in those questions make a compelling storyline? I can't believe you're comparing the possible ECW invasion to defend your hate of the NXT angle. The only question that comes to mind when Dreamer and those guys come out is "Why is TNA doing this?" and "When the hell are they actually going to do something interesting?" I'm all for seeing where that angle goes, but lets be real. It's not even remotely close to being as intriguing as the current NXT storyline. I wasn't, or I didn't. Someone else brought that up because I have "TNA" in my name. Which is where I drew the comparison from. The entire first few years of the NWO was nothing but questions on what Hogan/Nash/Hall were going to do, who was going to join, where Sting's stance was, the ownership belonging to Macho Man or Hogan. The Giant vs Kevin Nash of monster vs monster. There was a lot to draw people into the NWO, and all I said was that there wasn't anything really going for the NXT thing because they have just repeated themselves. I'm hoping next week they reveal something about this mystery GM and what they have in store for the NXT guys. I hope it's something good.

Anyone else see a bunch of Legends showing up next week to fight Nexus? Not anyone new or exciting. Maybe Roddy Piper, Sgt. Slaughter and Jim Duggan. They kind of used up their good ones tonight.

I know some will hate it but I kinda wanna see guys like Doink, Hillybilly Jim, Kamala, Gillberg, etc. show up. Also I would mind hearing this theme blare over the speakers as Nexus beat down people. Bringing with him the calvary. I'd have gone with Austin but that what mean an automatic beat down on Nexus.

Not a great show, but WWE is sort of stuck between a rock and a hard place right now.
At the risk of rushing this NXT thing, they've had to slow down it's rate of progression. Unfortunately, this angle has been the most compelling thing on WWE TV for the past several weeks, so without it as a main focal point, the show goes back to being pretty drab.
The constant beat downs are getting a bit tiresome, but I can't complain. It's still more interesting than anything else going on right now.

Agreed.
Bring CM Punk with his Straight Edge Society to Raw As well as having a crazy NXT invasion
and we'd have a compelling hour or two or wrestling going on

This would've been a lot better on the Raw before MITB. That is what I didn't get. This match is usually for the go home show on the 12th which I will be at

Figures, I decide to go to RAW on whim and it's one of the worst in WWE history. Highlights of the night:
- All the "Daniel Bryan" chants that broke out, during commercial breaks. - The dad who was chanting "Cena sucks!" with us. While his child would chant "Cena!". Eventually he told his son to shut up... jokingly, of course. - The young black kid, with a high pitch voice. Outside, waiting for the wrestlers, yelling their names. Such as: Yelling "Kelly Kelly!" over and over again, at Eve. Someone corrected him, then he went on to yelling "Eve!". Yelling "Soshi Yatsu!" at Yoshi Tatsu. Seeing Maryse and Brie Bella talking and saying "Oh no, they not suppose to be friends!"... and finally, referring to Natalya as "Hey, that's the girl with the Hart Dynasty!"... poor Nattie.
If you can't tell, it was an awfully boring event. If it were for those humorous thing occurring, it would've been worse.
- Triple S
