I took it upon my self to email jakks and got a response from some chick first and sent another one, and then i got this email from a guy from jakks, (i copy and pasted the email)
Thank you for contacting Consumer Relations At last I checked on the scott steiner figure, and it will be release in series 2 wave. He will be released in Cross the Line and should also be released in Legends series 2, we here at jakks were not comfortable on the torso for steiners legend figure, but yes he will be out in the second line of legends series. Anyway Mo, great job finding this out. Glad Jakks agrees the Torso needed fixed, the only problem is when are we gonna get Series 2 lol. Hopefully he's in the mr perfect torso and a different paint scheme, Just not super fond of that one but Ill take it |

It's good news, but I hope they scrap that whole design and come up with something better. He looks more like Larry Zbyszko in the face than he does Scott.

Hey Mo Man, thanks for doing the leg work bro... glad to know they still doing him..maybe they want to put that mr perfect chest pice on him after all  and naturally bad, i appreciate you still trying to help get dino made... bravo is someone alot of us been needing for awhile... i dont mind if i got to custom his wwf look on him so long as they make him. good and hopeful news here...only time will tell but good to hear thanks guys. |

Awesome news! Cannot wait for the rest of the LOTR 2 line-up!
Also, I am hoping Jakks can make a DIno Bravo figure in the LOTR line. I was truly shocked he didn't make it in the CS line.

I hope the guy at Jakks knows what he's talking about. Since when does Jakks care about proper part use anyway?
I hope it's more than just the torso change and a full makeover of the figure (attire & headsculpt).
And for God's sake, give him some shorts!!!
