Sheamus looks nice bro. I will tell you a quick tip. Invest in 20/0 or 10/0 sized brushes for finishing touches. This will help with making the lines cleaner.

I gotta say, The Miz looks pretty neat. Sheamus overall looks well done with the exception of a few corner misses. The hair just needs a bit more "detail" Wolverine looks like it's coming out great. My only compliant it the sculpting is a bit chunky and the yellow looks too.."mustardy" Other than that man, Looking good  Can't wait to see the posed Edge  |

So here it is. I don't think anyone has made this yet, so I took 6.5 mins and made him!  I used a smaller head to accentuate the massiveness of his body. The following is a posed TTL Edge. A mini statue. Thanks to all that gave me feedback in the custom discussion thread, where I was posting w.i.p pics. Rated R Ninja n CDS gave me some attire pics too.    There are things that are off, like the font on his tights. Overall I am happy with Edge. New semester starts next week, so here's some customs that I don't know when I'll finish:  My CAW from Smackdown!2, TMNT Michaelangelo (Trevor Murdoch fig), Fat Ninja (Paul Heyman fig), Kaval, posed Lita. Edge and Lita:  My Custom Familia:  Thanks for looking. Critiques n feedback much appreciated. |

Thanks dudes. Here's one more update today. My old CAW from Smackdown!2. This is how he looked in the game: (pics from psp)   I updated him, I still need to fix the mask a bit, and maybe add some design to the boots. Other than that, he's complete.   His name is Stingray. It was Viper, but Randy Orton stole his nickname!! Anyways, comments and feedback appreciated. Thanks for looking! |

That Edge looks phenomenal. Sculpting is very well done, paint is superb. Glad you got inspired to do this one, it paid off.
If you took the time you did on this Edge with your other figures they'd look great.
That head for Skip Sheffield? looks like it'd make a better head for Wade Barrett. I'd sculpt hair and redo the tights and make it Barrett, just my opinion.

Thanks Great Gonzo. One of my drawing teachers told me that too, to "take my time" when doing my art.
I definitely think the head I used for Sheffield is more Wade Barrett. I seriously just put this one up coz there were like 5 other Skip's that were posted, it was getting repetitive.
Edge was fun. I have several more TTL's that will be sculpted. Just need to know what poses I want them to be in. Thanks again for the comment.

Making posed figures is a tedious but fun art form in itself. Most people don't realize what it takes to put into a posed figure. Most think it's just sculpting over the joints. Really if you break down the figure and the angles and don't be afraid to chop and resculpt things. It can look really good. I'd love to see more posed figures from you. I need to do more posed myself.

I agree with you NickJ97. It's the original hair color of the fig. It didn't look that yellow, but after posting it stands out. I need to darken it when I get some time.

Just something that I worked on: Raph (TMNT)   I really got some good sculpting experience with this. When I do the other three, they'll be better. Me:   This was the first thing I did with aves a long time ago, just felt like painting something. I wish I sanded it better, coz it's got a good likeness of me when I had long hair. It's supposed to be an "M" on the tights. My real name starts with an M. Im wearing Fantastic 4 Blue, even though I hate them. The gold was made with silver paint and then overlaying it with a tranceparent orange after it dried. I'm not good with tights designs but I tried. C&C appreciated. |
