This makes me so sad, I mean I get that elites are expensive so they want their money back but are figures really worth this? also you think the LEAST they could do is tell them that its defective or damaged so they dont put it on the shelf.. jeez

What a bunch of crap... The workers need to take a look at the figure before just giving there money back...

Ya know, Wal*Mart puts your info into their system when you do returns, I think with your driver's license. Couldn't they track these bungholes down and press charges for shoplifting?

Would be a shame to get into trouble with the law over some toys.

I JUST FOUND MY FIRST ELITE 4 FIGURE!!!!! Except for the fact that someone stuffed a F*CKING RA Kane in an Elite 4 package! Saw it from the end of the isle and got pumped because I have seen no trace of E4 yet and the thing seriously had me fooled until I picked it up. There were no other series 4 figures so I would guess someone picked up the figure online or whatever and returned it with an old receipt.
It is stealing though. Anyway you flip it and I would guess at some point someone is going to figure it out. You can't really blame the return counter people because those people don't care. It would take a manager knowing about the problem to inform the rest of the staff to lookout for that kind of thing. If its still there tomorrow I may go back and show it to a manger so he/she knows. I didn't have time today when I stopped because I had to go back to work. It is what it is but someone is going to get caught up and will pay for it.

You know some people on these boards must do that. Maybe "people" isn't the right term. Animals?
But it would be nice if the employees would look at the packages and see the people aren't returning the same items, and then they could tell the creep to take their misfit toys and shove them up their ass. It would be nice.

Why do you all have a problem with this? I mean, who doesn't want a Entrance Greats Buzz Lightyear?

Yep. This is over half of whats on the shelves around here for about a 50 mile radius, including Albany, Valdosta, Tifton, Moultrie, Thomasville, Tallahassee and possible more! The same guy is going around buying all the Mattels, INCLUDING 1/1000S, AND REPACKING THEM TO GET HIS MONEY BACK. The sad part is, he is in his mid 30s and has kids. funny but i can see how it can bug some people. Thank god I have been able to find all my figures perfect.

Well, figure most employees are trained not to take issue with a customer, and I would bet that at tleast 3/4 of the employees have no interest in wrestling.

Why do you all have a problem with this? I mean, who doesn't want a Entrance Greats Buzz Lightyear? If we were to come into a store, looking for something, we see the packaging and we think we're going to get what we're looking for, then it turns out someone bought the item, took the item out of it's packaging, replaced it with something else, brought it back and got their money back? That's basically getting the figures for free. I would be very frusturated if someone ever did that here.
