Since I'm not getting really ANY replies on the graphics board (why should I be surprised? It isn't what it used to be), I figured I would show you guys what I have been working on for the past little while. It's still in working stages, but I haven't really made a graphic in close to 5 years, and I think it's pretty good. That's really, REALLY impressive. Looks a whole hell of a lot better than most UFC event posters. Awesome job!

Yeah, I'd definitely buy that poster and slap it up on my wall if it were real. Quite a bit more interesting than just the casual "his face next to his face, get those closed fists up for the camera to see, names at the top or bottom" formula they tend to use.

That's  ing awesome, dude. I've been playing with PS lately, getting better. My girlfriend bought it for me for Christmas last year. I hope I can make a kick ass poster like that some day. Sick work. |

that is fairly sweet. one complaint though... roy nelsons gut is not featured enough.

I am going to nit pick now, because I know from experience that criticism helps.
The scale is off. I understand they are not all standing on the same plane, but for example, Roy Nelson is smaller than Clay Guida.

Do you have a FaceBook? They(The UFC group) have a section now where fans can submit UFC posters they made. UFC 117 is the first one up. To be honest, that's better than most, if not all of whats there.

I really like it, great job on it.
My ONLY gripe is the flags look too "perfect cut" I guess is what I'd call it. I think if you blended them together a bit, it'd work. You can see the white between the two flags.
Other than that small thing, I love the idea and the execution.

Looks great, try resubmitting, I think you have to send it to that fan@ufc.com address. If you did that, make sure you sent as an attatchment and not a link, cause they won't pick it up that way.
