I didn't watch all of RAW, but I did turn it on to see the main event. My only thought is this: what was the purpose of having Cena lose after getting his ass kicked if he was just going to Superman up and beat the guys with a chair like nothing happened?
The fact that the top guy in the company cannot sell saddens me. It was sad with Hogan, and it's sad with Cena.

i think wwe is gonna be fined due to the blood. if im right shows in kentucky has a clause of no blood in events. Well that clearly wasn't done on purpose so I doubt.

Maybe he was just playing possum the whole time.....They had to make Cena look smart too, obviously he had a plan too. That's why Shameus came out.

So Cena purposely lost the match by playing possum just so AFTER the match, he could fight ALL of Nexus as a group instead of fighting them one at a time during the match? That logic makes no sense to me.

Raw was pretty bad. That RKO was f*cking awesome though. I'm glad they showed it like 4 different times because I put my dvr to work. What a complete garbage ending. The two guys who are supposed to have this intense cage match on Sunday are butt buddies now? Oh No!!!! Not the Nexus, what will they do? There are two guys in the whole group who even know how to wrestle and the attacking people stuff is already old. Skip needs to go asap because that guy is the toxic avengers third cousin twice removed. Completely second the Cena getting smoked with the 450 and then acting like it never happened. Cena is a likable guy but I hate the way WWE books him. Mix that with the fact he doesn't even remotely try and sell and you have a recipe for disaster. I have to say, I actually enjoyed the Ted/Morrison confrontation. I thought Ted did a nice job with the super couple thing and then Morrison did some Cena jokes which got over and I just think it all worked.

It would make sense that he would do that, but why wouldn't the announcers have said something?

Nice! Angle 4 is the best. Im really surprised they did that move. Seems very dangerous to me. But, Im glad they did cause it looks sick. Wasn't so great live in my opinion cause that original camera angle didn't do it justice.

Two things about tonight that shocked the holy balls off me:
1. That SSP into RKO... duh !! 2. Jeff Hardy seen AND mentioned in the MITB video package.

The stipulation would suspend anyone else if they interrupted the match, hence he lost the match so that he could have a weapon or somebody help him.....makes a lot of sense considering the scene that played before the match.

WWE always seems to defy the state athletic commission's rules when they go to the different states. Just like they did with the Vince/Stephanie match. In that state, it barred women and men fighting each other. They won't get in much trouble. Probably pay a fine and it'll be fine, like always.

When the camera angle was on EVan on the top rope, I knew they had something planned. I figured they had that shot to cover if he came up short with the SSP. I NEVER saw the RKO coming.
In my opinion, that's why it's the BEST finisher in WWE. Can be hit anywhere, anytime, in any position.

Well I don't think an object was used to bust open Cena. I think Skip busted Cena's nose which was accidental and non intentional. I still don't think they'll be fined for an accidental blood shed but if it happens it happens.

That still doesn't speak highly of their logic if your theory was somehow true. He took 3 consecutive finishers. Is he just that indestructible that such things have absolutely no effect on him, and would work into his grand scheme to play possum? If he feigned injury to get a count out, sure. Fact is, he was hammered with 3 big moves, took the pinfall, and then exploded up like nothing had touched him. It looked incredibly silly, and was a bad decision on their part to do it in such a way. Simple as that.

OMG Raw was SOO much better than last week!
I missed whatever happened in the beginning but who cares..
Alicia v Gail was decent even though short. I am so happy and surprised they get to have the rematch at the PPV! I mean 2 divas matches when it isn't NOC? Early birthday present? I hope it is good. I want Alicia to retain for sure too so this time make it definitive no excuses.
As for THD v The Usos/Tamina I felt that it was a good match. I am looking forward to the match at the PPV and hope THD retains.
The Edge/Orton match was pretty good just the ending was like WTF? Edge o Matic FTW?.. Has that ever happened before? But the aftermatch was awesome. Orton's RKO to a in motion Shooting Star Press was AMAZING!
Morrison and Ted/Maryse's promo was great imo. I love Maryse with Ted and one day want them both to have gold [Maryse you need to wait though..]. I would love for Morrison, The Miz, or Ted to win so I will for sure be rooting them on. smile
The segments with NXT attacking people was kinda cool but poor Morrison and Bourne. Teary Eyed
The Brady Bunch tag was stupid of course but it could have been longer so at least it wasn't.
And the main event was actually not that bad. I was happy that Gabriel got the win because he is my favorite rookie from season 1.
All in all I was really happy with tonight's Raw! I mean last week I watched more of other stuff than Raw so this week totally had my attention. I really am looking forward to MITB!

Anyone notice Justin Gabriel almost lose his balance when he was on the top rope?

Yeah, I noticed. I was afraid he'd mess the move up after wobbling a bit.

Me too I don't want him to screw up because they might get rid of him and he is my fav out of the 7 still around.

He better hope he never screws up that move. Cause if he does, they won't let him use it anymore... and without that move, Justin Gabriel loses a lot of his appeal.
Also don't want him to seriously injure himself. Kinda makes it more clear why they ban certain moves when you think about it.
