About time someone decided to run with a PWG diary around here. Good luck with this, Rated R. Hope you stick with this for a while because it already has the potential to be quite interesting, especially with Sabin and Shelley as the tag champs.

Loved Indy Nation and loved this when it was around. Nice and simple way of showing the story so far. Love the Guns as champs, hopefully the strap comes off Ryan soon but not to Colt. I'm hoping Richards breaks up with Dragon into a terrific blood feud or at least get a good push. Good luck and keep this up.

From Parts Well Known PreviewJune 24th 2006PWG World Tag Team Championship Match Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin [C] vs. ArroganceAt Fear of a Black Planet Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin toppled Davey Richards and Super Dragon to become the 10th PWG World Tag Team Champions. At From Parts Well Known they will make their first title defence against a team who have already held tag team cold, Chris Bosh & Scott Lost, Arrogance. Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin have so far trumped every team they have been matched against, including holding victory over Arrogance in a match that also included the Kings of Wrestling. Speaking of Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli, Arrogance have had their fare share of problems recently with self professed Kings of Wrestling, will that play a factor when these two teams collide? Colt Cabana vs. Jack EvansIn under a month Colt Cabana will put his Pro Wrestling Guerrilla contract on the line against Joey Ryan with a chance to become the PWG World Champion also on the line. It is this kind of spirit that has made Colt Cabana a fan favourite here in PWG and as he tries to build up some momentum heading into Threemendous you can be sure the fans will be on his side. But considering Cabana already holds victories over the likes of A.J. Styles and Human Tornado the fans will only make Cabana even more dangerous. Jack Evans meanwhile is trying to stake his claim to the PWG World Championship and there would be no better springboard than getting a win over the number one contender to that championship. A win here would cement Evans as one of the top contenders, but it certainly won’t be easy. Kings of Wrestling vs. Cape FearThe PWG tag team division is one of the best on the Independent scene, and two teams who represent that are the Kings of Wrestling and Cape Fear. Two very different teams who want the same thing – the PWG World Tag Team Championships. The Kings of Wrestling will be looking to overcome the recent problems they have faced with the young stars known as Arrogance who seem to have gotten under the skins of Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli while El Generico and Quicksilver will be looking to get their foot firmly in the door of the PWG World Tag Team title contendership, and this match will go a long way to finding out who deserves the next shot at the title. Ricky Reyes vs. Frankie KazarianWith his tag team partner Rocky Romero having taken an extended leave from Pro Wrestling Guerrilla the big question was what would Ricky Reyes do next? The answer is now apparent – Ricky Reyes is making it his mission to become the next PWG World Champion. With Reyes’s vicious fighting style and dedication to his craft he will most certainly be a strong figure in PWG’s single division. There is no other competitor who will push Reyes more than his opponent for From Parts Well Known, Frankie Kazarian. The only two time PWG World Champion in PWG’s history Kazarian is coming off of a losing battle against PWG World Champion Joey Ryan and he will he will be looking to get back on the right track here. From Parts Well Known will also feature...Davey Richards vs. Excalibur Jimmy Yang vs. Mr. Excitement Kid Kash vs. Ronin

Next show looks good the use of the DVD cover is very effective I love it however I wonder what you'll do when you change champions and different guys are holding the belts. I don't see MCMG losing this early esp not to Lost and Bosh. I liked that you built Evans up to be a credible competitor to Colt but I don't see him winning at all, I'd love for KOW to win but I'd be happy either way, I like Reyes but he shouldn't be in title contention I'm hoping Kaz wins but I'm happy either way, really hoping Davey wins to start his singles push, While Yang and Kash should win thier matches easily, good luck and keep this up.

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla From Parts Well Known June 24th 2006 --- There’s around 250 people here, another decent turnout for PWG. Talk of the night is of course the Joey Ryan vs. Colt Cabana match at Threemendous, there’s a lot of hype amongst everyone in this crowd about it. ---- Joey Styles and Bryce Remsburg take their seats at the announce desk before Ronin makes his entrance for the opening match. 1) Frankie Kazarian Defeated Ricky Reyes with the Back to the Future. With Rocky Romero gone from PWG Ricky Reyes is now flying solo and looking to make an impact in the singles division, but boy did he pick a bad opponent to start that singles career against. The only two time PWG World Champion was in fine form as he took the fight straight to Reyes with his impressive technical and high risk wrestling style. There were numerous times when Kazarian managed to catch Reyes off guard with manoeuvres that nobody saw coming, including a springboard neckbreaker that was highly impressive and this just showed that not only is Kazarian one of the biggest threats on the PWG roster, but also that Reyes is going to have to up his game now that he doesn’t have anybody watching his back. A fast paced back and forth match led to plenty of action and near falls, but it was a Back to the Future courtesy of Kazarian that gave him the win in an impressive match featuring solid showings from both men. 2) Kid Kash Defeated Ronin with a Brain Buster. Kid Kash is really despised by pretty much everyone here, which is exactly what PWG are going for with his gimmick. The match was decent but nothing that we haven’t seen before from Kash as he takes apart Ronin in a back and forth match, screaming abuse at the fans and even the officials and getting in a heated argument with Bryce Remsburg at ringside which saw Ronin dive through the ropes straight into Kash in one of the highlights of the match. Ronin would capitalise and got in his best offence of the match but Kash soon recovered, nailing Ronin with a sick looking Brain Buster that gave Kash the win. - Following the match Kid Kash started screaming about how PWG is a joke and that he’ll show everyone a real wrestler before nailing Ronin with a kick to the gut as Ronin was getting to his feet. Kash continued with his attack, kicking Ronin while he was stuck on the ground before Christopher Daniels made the save running off Kash and checking on Ronin. The crowd give a good pop for Daniels and it looks like a Kash vs. Daniels match isn’t too far away. 3) Davey Richards Defeated Excalibur with the D.R. Driver. This was a complete clash of styles as Excalibur’s comedy heel approach to the match clashed with Davey Richards straight man style. It turned out to be pretty entertaining as Excalibur would try a few of his comedy taunts to Richards and the fans only to be nailed by Davey Richards who was ravenous to get the victory after losing the PWG World Tag Team Championships to Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin. Everyone seemed pretty into this match, and Richard’s intense style has earned him a lot of new fans here in PWG as he systematically took apart Excalibur and didn’t let up at all, eventually ending the punishment with a top rope dropkick followed by the D.R. Driver. - Super Dragon joins Davey Richards in the ring while Excalibur limps backstage, getting into an argument with the referee and trying to push him only to get pushed to the floor by the referee in a moment good for a quick laugh. Davey Richards talks about how he and Super Dragon recently lost the PWG World Tag Team titles to Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin, and that they wanted them back. Richards goes on to say that they had to make a good case to the PWG officials that they deserved the rematch and that everyone knows a good match is important, and that is why they made their case for the rematch with a landmark match. Richards announces that at Threemendous, PWG’s third anniversary show, it will be Davey Richards & Super Dragon challenging for the PWG World Tag Team titles in a Ladder Warfare match! This is a huge announcement and just adds to what promises to be an already massive show. 4) Jimmy Yang Defeated Mr. Excitement with the Yang Time. I was honestly surprised as how much offence Mr. Excitement got in here, I just wasn’t expecting to see much from him at all against an opponent of Yang’s calibre but alas, I was wrong. The match was very back and forth for the most part but towards the end Yang got in a lot more of the offence, hitting some brutal buzzsaw kicks that Mr. Excitement just had no answer for. One series of kicks in the turnbuckle left Mr. Excitement’s chest red and further kicks to the legs meant Mr. Excitement was struggling to walk by the end. This vicious assault meant Yang didn’t have any problem eventually putting Mr. Excitement away with the Yang Time for the pinfall. 5) Kings of Wrestling Defeated Cape Fear when Chris Hero used the Hangman's Elbow on Quicksilver. PWG’s tag team division is incredibly strong right now with teams like Arrogance, The Briscoe Brothers and the two teams competing here being just some of those chasing after the PWG World Tag Team Championships. Cape Fear were the clear fan favourites tonight but the Kings of Wrestling didn’t seem to care about that, their only interest right now being taking out Arrogance and then challenging for the tag titles. Both teams made good cases why they deserve to be here with plenty of back and forth tag action during the early parts of this match. While Cape Fear focused on quick high flying offence the Kings of Wrestling were simply interested in rough grapples and stiff striking and it worked, Cape Fear unable to match the ferocity that Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli brought to the ring tonight, with Quicksilver eventually succumbing to the Hangman’s Elbow. - Up next Joey Styles, who is acting as both announcer and host for PWG, announces that in just over two months PWG will hold the annual Battle of Los Angeles 2006 tournament and that at that at that event whoever holds the PWG World Heavyweight Championship will be involved in the tournament, and every match they take place in will be for the title. So essentially the only way for either Joey Ryan or Colt Cabana to retain the title is to win the entire tournament. Good reaction from the fans, if the tournament wasn’t exciting enough as it is we now have a very good chance of seeing not just a new PWG World Champion crowned, but potentially more than one. 6) Colt Cabana Defeated Jack Evans with a Running Lariat. Colt Cabana has the biggest match of his PWG career in three weeks time when he puts his PWG contract on the line against Joey Ryan’s World title so there was a lot of pressure on him in this match especially against an opponent of Jack Evans calibre. Both men came into this determined to get the victory for their own reasons, Cabana to build up momentum and Jack Evans to prove that he deserves to be at the top of the PWG ladder. A fast paced and excellent match followed as both men pulled out all the stops to try and get the victory. Mid way through the match the PWG World Champion Joey Ryan attempted to get involved likely hoping to weaken Cabana ahead of their match at Threemendous. Ryan would have been successful if it wasn’t for the timely intervention of Kevin Steen. As Steen and Ryan brawled around the ring Cabana connected with the Running Lariat on Evans for the pinfall. - Following the match Kevin Steen and Joey Ryan continue brawling before Ryan realises that the match is over and manages to make a quick retreat up the stage. Kevin Steen joins Colt Cabana in the ring and the pair proceed to mock Joey Ryan, doing poor but funny impressions of the PWG World Champion. With just three weeks until Colt Cabana puts his PWG contract on the line against Joey Ryan’s PWG World Championship Colt Cabana has once again come out on top. - Joey Styles once again enters the ring, crossing paths with Colt Cabana and Kevin Steen in the process, and announces that the following match with be the PWG World Tag Team Championship match. Styles speaks about the recent feuds between Champions Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin and Davey Richards & Super Dragon as well as the feud between Arrogance and the Kings of Wrestling, which is why is has been decided that the following match needs to be fair. Styles goes on to announce that any interference in the forthcoming main event will result in an indefinite suspension! 7) PWG World Tag Team Championship Match – Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin Defeated Arrogance when Sabin hit the Shellshock on Chris Bosh. Two of PWG’s hottest tag teams clashed with the sole intention of walking away the PWG World Tag Team Championships. With the announcement that the winners of the this match will clash with Davey Richards and Super Dragon in a Ladder Warfare match there was a big sense of excitement and anticipation regarding who would walk away the titles here tonight. Both teams went at it with fast paced high flying styles that featured plenty of high spots that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Unlike their match with Davey Richards and Super Dragon here tonight Shelley & Sabin found themselves being matched spot for spot and Arrogance really took them to their limit as they looked to retain the straps. There were numerous moments when the match appeared over and a pinfall not far away only for a sudden burst of action put both teams back on a level playing field. A final burst of high octane action rounded the match out as Chris Sabin took out Scott Lost with a one legged dropkick while Shelley put Chris Bosh down for the three count with the Shellshock to retain the PWG World Tag Team Championships! God bless more indy on the sims board. Indy Nation :-(
Here's hoping Davey Richards gets a nice push in the diary. Would love to see him get a run with the World title. Shelley and Sabin retaining the tag titles is awesome and I'm hoping for a MCMG/KOW feud.

Glad you brought this back, hopefully you can stick with it. Looks like the show is a build to Threemendous. Ladder Warfare match for the tag titles sounds insane, I can see the Guns retaining and after that I hope you push Davey as a singles competitior. Loving the ruling for the BOLA should be awesome and crown at least one new champ. Putting Colt over was the right choice seeing Colt and Steen on the same side is strange after seeing all they went through last year. I like Styles new role. Great main event and sends MCMG in strong to Threemendous. Push TJ Perkins. Good luck and keep this up.

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla News: Battle Of Los Angeles Competitors Announced, Part 1With the Battle of Los Angeles tournament two months away and counting Pro Wrestling Guerrilla are proud to announce the first six competitors who will be competing in the Battle of Los Angeles tournament. For the first time the tournament will not only be about proving who is the best wrestler in PWG but also about the PWG World Championship as the PWG World Champion will be competing and every match he partakes in will be contested for the PWG World Championship. or PWG World Champion Joey Ryan or Colt CabanaWhile we do know that the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Champion will be involved in the tournament we still do not know exactly who will be holding the belt come September. At Threemendous Colt Cabana will put his PWG contract on the line against Joey Ryan’s PWG World Championship and only one man will walk out as the champion and walk into the 2006 Battle of Los Angeles tournament with everything to lose. 2005: First Round (Joey Ryan) PWG World Tag Team Champions Alex Shelley & Chris SabinAlex Shelley & Chris Sabin have had quite a successful few months. In just two months they hold victories over Davey Richards & Super Dragon, Arrogance, The Kings of Wrestling and The Ballard Brothers. Now the PWG World Tag Team Champions will get to test the skills in singles action as they both enter the 2006 Battle of Los Angeles tournament. Both will be looking to add the PWG World Championship and the Battle of Los Angeles trophy to their already overflowing trophy cabinets and will get the chance in LA. AJ StylesThe phenomenal AJ Styles has made his mark as the one to watch on the independent scene and he will look to prove exactly why that is this when he competes in the 2006 Battle of Los Angeles tournament. Bringing a unique and unpredictable style to the table that any wrestler will find difficult to best, AJ Styles has already become one of the favourites to stake his claim as the best wrestler in PWG and to become the new PWG World Champion in the process. Kid KashKid Kash has been making a lot of noise since he joined Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and not the kind of noise that the fans, or the rest of the PWG roster, appreciate. Declaring it his mission to end the ‘joke’ that is the PWG roster Kid Kash has racked up victories over young stars such as Rising Son, Hook Bomberry and Ronin, as well as attracting the attention of The Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels. The Battle of Los Angeles tournament provides Kash not only with a chance to stake claim to being the best in PWG, but also a chance to prove exactly what he has been saying for months. Matt SydalAt just twenty three years of age Matt Sydal is one of the younger competitors in the 2006 Battle of Los Angeles tournament, but don’t let that make you think any less of the high octane, adrenaline boosting star. Having started wrestling professionally in 2000, Matt Sydal has six years of experience to lean back on and if you underestimate him, then you’ve already lost. Matt Sydal will be hoping that winning the Battle of Los Angeles tournament will be his springboard into the big time, and he has all the talent in the world to do just that.

ThreemendousJuly 16th 2006PWG World Championship & Colt Cabana’s Contract Joey Ryan [c] vs. Colt CabanaDon’t remind him of this, but Joey Ryan is the most successful PWG World Champion in history, so it’s no surprise that he has developed something of an ego. That didn’t seem to be a problem for Joey Ryan as he racked up title defence after title defence but now he finds himself with an opponent unlike any other – Colt Cabana. Fighting not only to become the PWG World Champion but also for his right to remain on the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla roster Colt Cabana is coming into this match red hot and ready for anything that Joey Ryan has to throw at him. Two of the very best in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla clash with everything on the line just six weeks before the Battle of Los Angeles! Ladder Warfare Match for the PWG World Tag Team Championship Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin [c] vs. Davey Richards & Super DragonUnstoppable. That is the only way to describe the team of Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin since they came to Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. In just two months Shelley & Sabin have racked up a phenomenal four match win streak and captured the PWG World Tag Team Championships, but now they have their toughest challenge yet. The team they beat for the titles want them back, and they’re willing to put everything on the line in order to get them. At our third anniversary show we will see the first ever Pro Wrestling Guerrilla tag team ladder warfare match. With the Tag Team Championships dangling above the ring who is willing to put their careers on the line to walk away with them? Kevin Steen vs. Jack EvansThese two men have interjected themselves into the recent feud between PWG World Champion Joey Ryan and Colt Cabana, and now they will step into the ring one on one. Both men will be looking to stake a claim to a place at the Battle of Los Angeles as well as move up in the rankings in the hope of getting the next shot at the PWG World Championship. There can only be one winner and at Threemendous, these two will show us exactly who deserves to be next in line. #1 Contenders Match to the PWG World Tag Team Championships Arrogance vs. Kings of WrestlingThe recent war between Arrogance and The Kings of Wrestling has become so large that it made little sense to just throw them in the ring together with nothing on the line, which is why at Threemendous these two teams will clash for the right to challenge either Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin or Davey Richards & Super Dragon. These two teams have found themselves at each other’s throats for months now and while they both missed out on the #1 Contenders spot back at PWG Enchantment Under the Sea this time one of these two teams will be the next challengers to the PWG World Tag Team Championships. Kid Kash vs. Christopher DanielsKid Kash has made it his mission to show the ‘joke’ of a PWG roster exactly how a true wrestler handles himself in the ring. In the process he has attracted the unwanted attention of Christopher Daniels, who certainly can’t be considered a joke. Already holding three straight victories here in PWG Kid Kash will be looking for a fourth but when that victory comes at the expense of The Fallen Angel, well you certainly can’t expect it to be easy. Also Featured at PWG Threemendous...Frankie Kazarian & Los Luchas vs. Excalibur & The Ballard Brothers Apollo Kahn vs. Ronin Roderick Strong vs. Bino Gambino
