Unreal finish. Silva pulling that out was amazing. I don't like all the trash talking that came from Sonnen, but I give credit where credit is due: he backed up NEARLY everything he said he was going to do. I would have no objection to seeing a rematch.

God  ing dammit. Silva got SO ing lucky, it's unreal. Sonnen was like 2 minutes away from being the new champ and everyone knows it. He OWNED Silva for 4 straight rounds and got caught. Simple as that. I think Sonnen proved to everyone watching that he is certainly championship material and if I were Dana White, I'd sanction a re-match for sure. Silva got lucky. All there is to it. Right when you said Chael will win, is the first time I agreed with you lol. |

Im leaving....The sole purpose of my post tonight was to let everyone here know that there is someone out there who hates Anderson Silva with every ounce of his being, and that person is me. I thoroughly enjoyed watching him get his ass kicked tonight and savor the flavor Silva fans because your heros time is just about up. Wrestlers....come get the FRESH MEAT! amd yea im part of the KKK, we now target brazillians...talk about intellectually- disabled post's... I'm not a Silva fan or anything. I just don't like haters like you. |

I know EXACTLY what im talking about, Anderson Silva is a cocky jackass who finally got his ass served to him on a silver platter. Sonnen got lazy at the end of the fight and gave Silva an opening. It was a weak ass tap out *IF THAT* and Sonnen was the true winner. Glad to see "The Spider" got knocked off his horse and onto his ass tonight, but Sonnen should have won... Its funny how you're calling Silva cocky...Did you not hear all the buildup coming into this fight? Silva didn't say anything that bad about Chael...and even bowed down to him at the end of the fight. The only reason Silva got destroyed is, because Silva more than likely took the fight as a joke, where as Sonnen had his ultimate try hard pants on. Chael would have been more pissed if he actually hadn't given up. Sorry for double posting, but I had to reply to one of the most intellectually- disabled posts I have ever seen. This guy must be a part of the KKK or something. Yes, obviously because he hates a fighter that HAPPENS to be black....he's part of the KKK. ing race bater. |

Sonnen was a bitch though. Saying he didn't tap was VERY cheap when it was clear as day that he made the tap. He admitted post-fight that he called it quits, though. Didn't he? That whole thing about the "silver medal"? But that definitely took the excitement out of the moment. And to Fish...all I'll say is "good". I don't want to seem elitist, and I know this is going to come off as such, but you have no earthly idea what you're talking about, and the more you post the more I question your sanity. So definitely go ahead and leave to go and fume away into the night. |

Wow. what a night. I wwas neutral in the main event im not a huge fan of either man. Silva got his ass beat but his win was impressive. He is a true champion because alot of people would have folded being down 4-0 but he gave everything he had and pulled ot a W. Congrats to him and congrats to Sonnen for backing up everything he said. Hope to see a rematch...
