i have seen some pretty crazy ones,i have seen a BCA steve austin in an elite pacaging along with an old ra hbk in and entrance greats packaging.
the most rediculous i have ever seen though has to be a werewolf figure in a CS rikishi packaging,who the hell would take that back?!

Don't know if this counts but at Target one time I saw a Elite series 1 CM Punk in a MVP bubble packaging and it had no shirt and the box was all taped up, the figure wasn't even in the bubble

I saw an RA R Truth in an Elite box and a RA Finlay in Elite box. Other then that just a missing shirt here or there.

Craziest I saw was in a daytona beach WalMart that had an RA HHH figure in an Undertaker Elite box, and it had a Tshirt that said "Vince McMahon's ECW". Very odd.

Since Jan 1st I've seen -
Superstars Match ups Rey with a Jakks Rey (same attire)
Elite 1 MVP with a DA MVP (black attire)
WM Heritage Austin with a BCA Austin
Royal Rumble Cody Rhodes with a Mattel Cody Rhodes head on the WM Heritage Austin body
Elite 4 Morrison with the 2-Pack Morrison (Series 2)
Not to make excuses for the WalMart Customer Service employees, but these were all found at the same WalMart which doesn't even carry the Mattel lines other than the FlexForce figures. Still even if they did I'm sure the employees wouldn't have noticed.

In two different Walmart stores in my area, I've seen an OSFTM ECW series 1 Taz in an Elite package and an OSFTM ECW series 5 Nova in a Royal Rumble package.
Those are the most extreme examples...
I've seen more TTL/Mattel repacks than I've seen actual Mattels lately. Its all coming from one guy... making it real difficult for me to find anything. If it keeps up, I'm reporting his ass.

I got pissed walking into a Kmart seeing a Carlito and Primo pack with a RA21 Carlito and AD2 Chavo Guerrerro in his place. That's right F*CKING CHAVO GUERRERRO! Also in TRU a basic 1 HHH had the RA HHH with white boots in it. It was clearly taped on the edges.  ing scumbags. |

I haven't seen any of these return-something-else-in-the-package ones, but today I saw an Edge and Big Show two-pack on Cryme Tyme carding. And behind that, the same thing again! Strange factory error, two together like that.

Last week I found at one Walmart An old Jeff Hardy in a 1/1000 Ziggler And old plastic Nova figure I believe it was in a Regal box A stone cold head on a Jakks APA Bradshaw body in a Goldust Box. Only basic 4 I've ran into  Then I went to another Walmart and found An RA Big Show in his elite 4 box 2 really old Jakks figures in the Chavo/Hornswoggle Box Bubba Ray and Scotty 2 Hotty in a Christian/Dreamer box Road Dogg in an elite 4 Finlay box Then I went to TRU and found and RA Kurt Angle without his singlet in an elite Christian box Finding those all within a couple days of each other pissed me off lol |

I saw a Jakks Big Show in Elite 4 packaging, the red trunk Mattel Batista in the EC Batista packaging, and a Rey Mysterio w/mask set that had the UPC replaced with an Elite Cena UPC! Wal-Mart seems to be big with the scum.
