As noted earlier here on the website, TNA is planning to run a special edition of TNA iMPACT!, which will be taped the night after the Hardcore Justice PPV.
Word is that the show could be a three-hour live PPV style TV special.

Yeah but i wonder if WWE fans would watch.. i mean its a FREE ppv . Im sure even people who dont really like the WWE would watch a free ppv type show.
But knowing TNA they'll run commercials during Impact and that's it.

If they're taping it after Hard Justice.. it won't be live.

I think it's pretty silly to waste a weeks worth of TV that would be great to promote No Surrender on this but whatever.

I can't have an opinion about two totally different things? What? It is two totally different things and I can have a different opinion on each. 1.) Yes, I think it's silly that the talent that are payed per appearance which is about 95% of the roster is missing a pay-per-view pay day for the "ECW" guys. 2.) Yes, I think it's silly to do a "PPV" style iMPACT with "big matches" that could be used for No Surrender. OH NO! AN OPINION! SOMEONE CALL THE COPS.

SG, seriously. You need to stop playing the "I'm a victim" card. It's quite old, now. Although I agree with both of your points, very much so. There's still need to get in an uproar over something to small.
I'll watch, as I always do. I just hope this "Pay-Per-View Styled" event still has SOME build-up, for No Surrender.

Nope, I'm the one in an "uproar" or being a "smartass". I don't play a "I'm a victim" card but every time I turn around he's questioning my opinion, you know, the same thing I get my ass crawled for doing. I replied with the best answer to his question because it was an opinion on two totally different things, atleast I stuck to the topic at had and didn't spam up the post with stupid " ". Maybe if every time I turned around, I didn't have someone crawling my ass for a post then maybe I wouldn't play the "I'm a victim card" when in reality all I did was stand up for myself. Sue me. Gotta love double standards.

Gotta love double standards. i can't believe you just told on me. at why you making such a big deal of me doing one time while you do it alot. Because, Triple S needs to be a fair and impartial mod. He criticizes for posting my opinion and answering your question (that was on topic) yet nothing was said to you about posting your " " post with nothing else in the post. Everytime I turn around someone weather it be Triple S or any other member is telling me that I don't need to get "bent out of shape about other peoples opinions". Where are they to tell other members the same thing about mine? I am tired of my opinion being attacked and I'm not just going to sit around and say nothing. If Triple S wants to report me, so be it but I have yet to break any rules. I make my posts and someone attacks me, I fight back. There is no rule that says I can't defend my opinion. But, there are rules about personal attacks. Victim? No. Tired of being attacked? Damn right.

As previously reported, the August 12th iMPACT! will be a two-hour, PPV caliber show. The show will air in its usual time slot, but will contain less backstage skits and angles and more in-ring with higher quality matches. The show will be headlined by RVD vs. Abyss for the World Title. The nail-covered board (Janice) will hang from the ceiling. We can now report that the show will not be an "ECW" themed event, but instead will have matches that likely would have been on the original Hard Justice PPV. Some of the "ECW" talent are expected to work the show.
