I remember in elementary school a friend gave me a D'lo Brown figure that he found on the school bus. He said he found it next to the heater, so the foot was nearly entirely melted. I still have the figure, and all of my old BCAs.

Here's the rest of my loose BCA collection, as of, well, today. And, of course, I had to take the obligatory pile picture. It's by no means a complete collection, but I hope to add more to it in the near future. For starters, here are my Superstars Series 1 through 9 figures. My loose exclusives, including the Bret/Owen and Diesel/Razor 2-packs, as well as the Royal Rumble mail-away Vince and Stone Cold and ToyFare '99 Austin and 'Taker figures. Tag Team Series 1 and 2 Tuff Series 1 through 5 figures. Best of '98 Headbangers and various Grudge Match 2-packs. Live Wire Series 1 and 2, DTA Tour Series 1 top row with WMXIV Headbangers and Rocky Maivia, Sunday Night Heat Series New Age Outlaws, and then DTA Tour Series 2 and 3. Fully Loaded Series 1 and 2, KOTR Break Down: In Your House Series, Shotgun Saturday Night Series 1, Shotgun 2 and Deadly Games Series (aka Shotgun 3), and Road Rage Tour Series (aka Shotgun 4). Ringside Collection Series 1 and 2 with Grapple Gear Camera Man, and all of my Slammers and S.T.O.M.P. Series figures. This is primarily where I have a lot left to collect, but it will happen in due time. Signature Series 1 HHH, Series 2 HBK, and all of Series 3 through 6, except for Austin from that final series. Best of '97 Series 1 Hart Foundation guys, along with Austin and 'Taker, and other Special Edition/Best of '98 figures, including Skull's only release. The Austin in camo gear is from the Raw Is War singles series. Backlash Series 1 through 5 figures, otherwise known as the last official releases for the original BCA line up until the year 2001. Most of the BCA accessories I own are kept in a Ziploc bag, including the smaller one which contains at least one of each BCA figure belt. Aaand that's pretty much it for now. I'll have some magazine scans to share on the next page, some of which I own and others that I've found while searching online.

I always liked the Backlash Series Kane in the reverse attire. I think i still have that figure.
I still have along way to go before i finish my BCA collection.

I love it Chicago, looking at those pics was like a time warp for me of good times from 10 years ago. So many Billy Gunn and Roaddogs though!! Back in the day I would have had to had all the variants of them.
I remember in Fall of '99 I was pushing Edge, and I had the Series 7 Edge (which i never cared for with the Billy Gunn legs they gave him) so when I saw the blue gimmick Edge I had to get it. Then I got the Signature Series Edge from like series 3 maybe..?? and the green gimmick Edge that was in the line that had the Blue Blazer in it. I was on such an Edge rush there, and to this day it hasn't stopped. I have so many MOC and loose Edge figures. I love it!!

I definitely remember getting the DTA Tour Series 2 Edge in teal/green attire and using it instead of my Superstars Series 7 debut Edge. I loved the bright attire and didn't even care how bulky his figures were at the time.
Honestly, the ultimate reason for buying certain figures is to replace the ones I used to have in my original collection. Now, I haven't done so well with the STOMP or Slammers series figures thus far, but I know that good deals are out there or will be coming soon.
My old BCA collection was never as big as my current one, and definitely wasn't in better shape, but it had a few pieces that I'm still looking to get nowadays.

Well for me, I am just wanting to get Shawn Michaels and Edge figures to have in my collection. I would like to have them MOC of course but I am not choosy, loose figures are just as good as MOC when it comes down to having them or not having them.
Mainly I wanna get the Superstars 1 (or 3) HBK in blue, Series 2 in red, the WM 14 line I think it was where he was wearing white with black/red hearts i believe it was and that DTA line I think it is where he is wearing red with black/blue hearts with the X over the hearts.
If I can get those 4 HBK's one day, then I will be happy.

It took me a while to get this one, although I had to settle for the Best of '98 singles series release without the removable sleeveless DX jacket (which comes with the WMXIV figure, too). There's a Survivor Series boxed set loose on eBay with the Series 1 HBK and it's going pretty cheap. Just search for "WWF, Jakks 4 figure Lot Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, more" and it should appear.

Yeah, that's what I said, it was a Best of '98 singles series re-release. I bought it in a MOC lot on eBay with the Live Wire Series 1 'Taker, Superstars Series 1 Diesel, and Superstars Series 6 Owen Hart back in late June 2008.

I never saw the best of 98 HBK. i found my HBK at walmart when the DTA series came out. One day this week i'm gonna go through all my BCAs and take pics of everyone grouped together (all my HHH's, HBK's Ect) and post them on here

Yeah, that Shawn Michaels was a DTA one too that I had. Came with the vest on and a yellow chair with his logo on it. I used that HBK for ever, I preferred it over Series 2 and 3.

Also, if you take Shawn Michaels from Series 1 or 3 and have him grabbing the IC Title or any title for that matter, it will resemble that picture right there.
Shawn's arms and legs are designed pretty much perfect to do that photo with your figures. Kind of cool!!

That actually...makes perfect sense. Maybe I'll do that one day.
I wanted to throw some stuff out there to see if it would stick. Take a look at these magazine scans and let me know what you think of them. December 1997 WWF Magazine ad for Superstars Series 5 - February 1999 WWF Magazine ad for the Royal Rumble Mail-away Vince and Stone Cold - July 1998 WWF Magazine preview of S.T.O.M.P. Series 2 - Lee's Toy Review #69 S.T.O.M.P. Series 2 ad - Here's the same ad from the September 1998 edition of WWF Magazine - Superstars Series 4 Stone Cold Steve Austin prototype, courtesy of RSC from the Internet Archive - Some wrestling catalogue with image of exclusive Attitude Ring set - I don't think I shared this earlier, but here's a preview of the WrestleMania XIV singles series figures - White's Guide #34 preview of then-upcoming Jakks exclusive boxed sets including Buried Alive, Championship Title Series #1 (with the first BCA belts), and King of the Iron Rungs - A closer look at the Buried Alive 4-pack prototypes - Lee's Toy Review #72 then-new MOC BCA figures - As some of you may know, I posted nearly all of these on my blog earlier in the spring, but I thought I would share them here for those that haven't seen them. I'll link directly to another post from my blog back in October with incredible Lee's Toy Review scans of Jakks at Toy Fair 1998 and other BCA MOC pics/ads from that period of time. Again, major credit to WF member TombstonePiledriver for those scans.

Nice to see you've joined in, and your collection still looks as great as it was when I commented on it two years ago lol. This thread can always use a few good memories or recollections from new visitors. Any questions you might have or figures you need identified; also, I think I can speak for others when I say that I'm very interested in hearing about everyone's figure feds from back in the day. Did anyone ever attempt a BCA pic fed or still have a regular fed with BCAs nowadays?

i remember when me and my friend would go over each other's house every week and try to a fed which would always result in a 2 ring battleroyal at the end of each month.
We'd have the ttl entrance stage with spray painted black foam as barriers wth the announce tables and everything. it was good times. as i mentioned earlier i only have a few moc bca's left. but, i intend to go back and get hbk figures i need towards my collection.

Seeing those old pics make me remember how awesome Superstars Series 2 Bret Hart is. It's awesome, especially for a BCA.
When I started collecting, Bret was already long gone to WCW. So I couldn't have a Bret figure, even though I was a big fan (which started from watching old PPVs). Then, lo and behold, in late '98 I saw Slammers 1 in TRU. It was cheap, too...I snagged Bret, Faarooq, and Goldust. All good figures, and at long last, Bret Hart was put into my fed haha.

I remeber walking into walmart looking for new figs. They used to keep tons on the overhead shelf where most people never looked. I found so many awesome figs up there that were slod out on the pegs. Any way I went there and looked up and saw the print Series 1 Bret Hart, Series 1 Goldust. I lost my breath. I thought they had released Series 1 again I could get Fiesel and RAmon finally. I took some deep breaths and calmed myself. I reached up (I was first year university by then) and carefully pulled the Bret out from the bottom of the pile. After inspecting it I found it to be Slammers series 1. I wasn't too disapointed as I was weary, but still, for a second I thought I was going to score big. I ended up getting 2 Ramones and 2 Diesels off ebay a few years ago for like 10 bucks each, all in perfect condition. I still pull the old Bone Crunchers out and once and while and reminince.
